I am attaching 2 emails I sent to them and will give you the dates. To this day I have not heard a word I engaged them in 2009. the email is from may of 2011

You tell me what you did for me for 4900.00 besides the Irs you put me more in debt. I hired you to help me all I got was repaying the IRS already $5000.00 since you got my money to save me. And what did you do. Nothing, no contact with
me, The IRS getting my money and they still say and will collect a bit over $2000.00 by next income tax time. So tell me how you helped. Did you reduce my payment, no. Did you stop the IRS, no Did you take my money close to 2 years now with what maybe 4 times contact with me, YES. So yes, I am very angry, frustrated and knee deep in sh*t that you were supposed to help me out of and you didn't. In fact if I had not contacted you  several times last year about my income tax refund that you said I was getting and I didn't you would have just let it be. Bad enough I had to do all this because you let it lay for soooooo
long before you acted again on my behalf.
