In less than 3 days time, I canceled only to be falsely accused and to have my credit card abused by this unethical business. If you cancel, they will play games with you. If you should cancel 8 days in advance, they will claim business days only.

How can anyone determine the amount of seating for an online seminar? They offer continuous, ongoing, if you miss one week, you can go the next week. But they will blame you for taking someone's spot.

They will claim you canceled last minute when really you canceled in plenty of time.

Here is the right way: They should gladly help and refund back to people. This way they don't burn a bridge, the person might remember how professional and helpful they were and become a future customer.

This business brags, boasts about all the millions of dollars they have made, but penny pinch to the point of pathetic. Do they pay their fair share of federal taxes?

If they are millionaires, but steal $100 from as many people as possible, justifying their stealing by blaming the customer of how long it took them to cancel, they also justify stealing from customers to say, a customer could get access to their information, then cancel. Do what with all their information? That is a criminal mind blaming the victim type mentality.
