*Consumer Comment: very primitive study guide and coach/tutoring
*Consumer Comment: Shame on You
*Consumer Comment: Liar! All the content that I buy in teaching solutions is high quality and they have contact phone number
*Consumer Comment: Doesn't Make Sense

On April 2, 2011, I tried and spent $57 to see what this information was about and what it contained as a 100% easy refund for non satisfaction was guaranteed. I viewed the content, I read the content, and the information was nothing new. Three weeks later, I tried to get a refund and the Website listed no phone numbers to call and the service help desk just opened another window to which I was already viewing with no additional help or active email account. This is false adverstising and I will get a 100% refund as the company lists a 60 day 100% full refund, no questions asked. We'll see....

very primitive study guide and coach/tutoring

I don't recommend anyone to get the study guide and the tutor service from this company. The study guide is very primitive and does not align to the competencies/skills from the FDOE guide. I also tried their tutoring service. You can only ask questions by sending an email. I waited for two days before I received the answer. My question was about a requirement for FL education law. But the answer I received in the email only contained a link that links to a webpage of the state of New Jersey. We know the exam is Florida Teacher Certification Exam! I agree with Steve that is false advertising.

Shame on You

Shame on you Steve Duncam, you are telling a lies on a place where lies can be caught so easily. You can see the are so many consumers like me here who are participating in this report. So, you should be careful about telling such lies.
I am surprised to see your concept that you want to try their money back scheme. It's not a pizza delivery service, it's a human welfare service. But person like you never understand. Really SHAME ON YOU.
You have told one more lie here that you have not found any contact info. If you are a consumer then look at your e-mail, it's all in there. I believe, you are not a consumer of teaching solutions, you are here to make bad reputation about them, but remember, TIT FOR TAT.
Teaching solutions make things easier for the candidates and prepare them for their exam, we all are grateful to such educational welfare organization. people like you should shame on yourself.

Liar! All the content that I buy in teaching solutions is high quality and they have contact phone number

Im a customer in teaching solutions and dont find any problems about the product
content and their contact details. Youre a liar in writing your comments about
the company. There is a visible, clear and professional customer service
support link below their website that has their email form and phone number. I
think before you write any comment about teaching solutions, check all the content
first and do not become a liar in just writing not important comments about the
company. Why looking for an email contact if there is a phone number and email
form? Youre a stupid customer.

Doesn't Make Sense

When I viewed the website the contact information is clearly listed. There is a phone number and a form to send an email, to suit whichever method someone likes more. Perhaps the internet browser you were using didn't display the page correctly because on my browser (Google Chrome) it opens another window with all the contact information needed to receive your refund.

You Sound Like A Child. Not A Real Complaint

Your browser opened "another window?" You "couldn't find a phone number?"
If you're mentally challenge you probably couldn't find customer service on the website. You wanted your money back after using a short-term use product like a test prep book, now you think that company is the problem not you? Why don't you take responsibility for yourself and stop blaming everyone else for your lack of competence, reading skills and common sense. From your lame, scapegoating comments your obviously one of those people who find yourself as the victim on a regular basis. If you read their website you'll learn they do not sell a study guide, it's a Test Coaching, Tutoring and Mentoring
program by teachers who passed. What are you going to return, the free bonus downloads they give you for free?
You're a complete idiot. I used this to pass my exam Steve "Total Loser" Duncan.
Did you just start learning how to surf the internet and use email Steve? Did you know the major online retailers like Paypal and Amazon.com don't do their customer service and list their phone number to the general public? ...You're not exactly the "sharpest tool in the kitchen drawer" are you Steve?
Apparently, you're another, oh so common chronic test failures who can't get/keep their teaching job and want to blame everyone else for your 9th grade math and literacy skills and low/no job skills. OH, everything is so unfair isn't it Steve. Are you a man or a little 2 year old girl Steve Duncan?
