I do not have problems in teaching solutions, they are legitimate company and have a contact details. How come you cannot contact their support? There is the Client Services Help Desk link that is visible below the website. I always contact them if I need support in understanding their service and they answer me professionally fast and easy. You must understand and read their policies before buying their products and before writing any type of negative aspect of content about the company. People intend to buy the product first and become angry to the company without reading and checking all the content.

I don't quite understand why you say there is no contact information. There is a clear link called "Client Services Help Desk" at the bottom of the home page. That then takes you to a separate window with a number to call and an easy form to fill out if you want to send an email. If you are unhappy with the product, ask the help desk to resolve the issue. It's just that easy! I had no problems contacting customer service. Maybe you should try a different browser to view the website.
