applied for membership and was denied because of my age. I am in very great health and my physician stated that I would have no problem with the duties of fire and rescue. I have over 15 yrs of combined fire and rescue. if they want to discriminate on age then they need to kick off the people that are over 40 yrs of age. so I currently am in the process of suing the department for 1.5 million dollars for the age descrimination.
