Tennessee Department of children services Omni foster care are Baby shopping,Wanting good adoptive kids, Made false accusations,refusing to let relatives have the kids Jasper, Tennessee

My kids were took two yrs ago. I have been fighting and seeing my kids every week. In Juvenile court i was found not guilty and the kids were ordered to be returned to me but instead the sate filled an appeal. In circuit court i was found guilty of neglect not severe abuse on something i didnt do. I believe the state has pull in that court. I have a permancy plan and i have done everything on it. The state refuses to work with me. The states plan is to give the dad the two oldest and let the foster parents adopt the youngest. The dad is a known alcholic and has 3 duis.He was found guilty twice for neglect due to the drinking problem. 

I know the state is just baby shopping and i have proof. Its all over the internet. There is youtube videos that you can watch right now that show my kids and the foster parents are referring to themselves as mom and dad. My rights havent even been terminated but yet they are allowed to tell the kids to call the foster parents mom and dad. In one of the videos my four year old is dancing around in her underwear. Which is not appropriate and very disturbing. What foster care company allows there foster parents to post videos and pictures of kids and there name. It aint right what they are doin. It is very upsetting to me that they can do this and get away with it.

I go for termination proceedings begining of next year unless i find more help or someone who can help me. I feel like I am being picked on because i am on the lower end of the financial bracket. I do have a state appointed attroney. I have no drinking or drug problem or criminal record. I am a fulltime college student and I work fulltime. I love my kids more then anything in the world and i just want them home. My family wants them to and they also have filed a petition to get the kids but the state is fighting that to. They refuse to let my family take the kids for right now.
