I paid almost 2,000 for a website with Tenretni foolishly falling for their clever but inaccurate marketing. I phoned them to purchase the website and they initially did not want me to pay by credit card, which is curious. I found the whole process very slow and it was several weeks before I had a 'live' website.

The training was very poor and there was really no interest in training in spite of the promises made in their advertising. Appointments were mostly not kept which became difficult for me as I was limited to certain times. I would then have to reschedule for another date which became very frustrating.

At a very early stage I made a mistake with my website address and put down another similar website address instead when emailing Tenretni. This was totally missed by Tenretni and I and they ended up thinking another site was mine. I then started 'marketing' someone else's site and even got banner ads and the like put on it by Tenretni staff without any of them realising that this was another customer's website.

After 6 weeks I discovered what had happened and informed Tenretni. Although I initially made the mistake, I wanted to know why they did not pick up on this and how I could even be able to make changes to another customer's website but they did not offer any explanation and were very slow to correct the problem. I had even less confidence in Tenretni after this error and coupled with the fact that I was losing money on Google Adwords and not getting adequate training as compared to how they advertised their training service, I asked for a refund.

I even wrote a letter of complaint to the board of Directors and they have not even had the courtesy to reply. I have spoken to and emailed Peter Staples numerous times to ask for a written reply to my letter; which he promised but never delivered. All they will say is that they will not give me a refund; without explanation.

I got the impression in my dealings with them that they were very well used to complaints and customers asking for refunds. It didn't seem to bother them at all that they had an unhappy customer and looking at all the complaints on this site, I now see that this is an everyday occurance for them.

They are only interested in getting your money and then they hope that you will just get fed up and go away. I attempted on several occasions to speak to Dean Taylor regarding a refund but he was always 'off sick'. Most of my emails and calls were ignored. Any self respecting and ethical company would not want an unhappy customer and would give a refund. These people are anything but ethical.
