Texas AG child support Division Texas AG child support has not given be credit for payments,that were sent thru the Texas court house child support and they lie to me,above fixing the back child support arrears and they never give m San Antonio, Texas

(1)My name is Robert Arnett,Jr and used to live in the great state of Texas and is now living in Lithonia,Ga and have a back child support case in San Antonio,Texas child support field office,that I have over pay ($10,000) and the Texas AG child support office is refusing to give me credit and they have all the proof and my past payment records and court orders paper.The AG is not honoring my original child support order #130-290-C,from Belton,Texas District child support court house,this is when I've station in Killeen,Texas at Fort Hood,Army base.The Texas AG is not for those who are paying child support and play dirty with people lives.They had lie to me promise to fix this unjust arrears,they never did and all of this is on court records proceedings.They lie to me and my Attorney,above confirmation of Arrears,Turn out we were there to change 12% to 6%,when in 2002 the comal court had already order change,from12% to 6% and we were ready to show the court were I had over pay and were prevented from showing the court all the proof,by AAG Lawyer,from San Antonio,Texas field office.(2)Few months ago I sent the Texas AG field office in San Antonio,Texas a bunch of documents and request a Administrative review and had contest the Pre offset income notice,they sent me,dated 16 March,10 and I sent certify letter and all of my pay records and they received mail on April 12,10,have not given me the (30) days and the Texas AG office when and file the pre offset income tax to the IRS.
