i am responding to your original post about...tbe...i have been employed by them now since mid 2010...and am still with them in june of 2012...

i think everyone at one time or other has had ...tony...who is a male...supervisor...with a huge identity crisis...condescend them more than is necessary...he is a very miserable person as you stated here...and has been stated in many other reports i have read over the past year or so...

i do this job because as someone else stated...it is usually a last resort because of extenuating circumstances...being my case completely...i will not go into that...

i have been on the group lines only a handful of times over the past nearly 2 years...and the general consensus of nearly all the operators is the same...he is not a friendly...happy...congenial person...i wont say man...as he has a huge gender crisis going on...and i do feel he has a genuine hatred toward all of us born naturally as females...he is a sad little excuse for a human being in my opinion...

i have several gay friends...some flamboyantly so...but this pathetic little thing really has issues that clearly transcend beyond being gay or tvts...

he is one who lacks moral character and has little if any true self esteem...it is a wonder that he holds a position with this company for nearly 10 years...let alone any company...he is however what tbe values...

he is constantly preoccupied with his own standing with this company that he will use any means of passing the buck onto the operators to look like they are incompetent...he just simply lacks any real skill as a supervisor...and would be canned any where else...his sarcasm surpasses any i have encountered...anywhere...i laugh at him as that is my only way of not stooping to his level...when he rants and raves like the little imp he is...i just say...thank you...and after hanging up i count my blessings everyday that i was not so displaced in my own life as this poor thing...

as for the sick B***arts that call these lines...well we all know when we sign on to do this sort of work that every kind of low life will come out of the wood work...i pass it off as the lowest form of human corruption...and again thank my lucky stars that i am not so sexually deviate as to have to call a line like this to fulfill my own needs...

this is not a fun job...it is not women sitting around each and every day thinking about what great pleasure they themselves have getting off on the phone lines...it is simply ... a job...phone acting...and it is a numbers games...as any sales jobs are...however...we do not have to be degraded by the very people that we work for to keep their pathetic jobs intact...if it was not for the operators receiving these calls...they would indeed be out of business...

it is fair to say that most of the people that staff this office that are in the supervisor positions have already manned the phones themselves...whoopie...lets give them 5 stars for shining above and beyond...but that does not give them the right to demean anyone now that they have ascended to a position that puts them in charge of others...they will never know any of us...we are all operators that work in the privacy of our own homes...in many different states...from many different walks of life...they dont care who we are...what we are...or our circumstances...as i DO NOT give one bit of care about any of them...as far as they are concerned...they are one thing and one thing only to me...a means of getting my paycheck at the end of each 2 week interval..
i cannot say i have had any problem getting paid...it has always been the money i expected for my part time hours that i put in...and has always been on time...however...i do make more than $10 per hour...but...whenever my holding times fall short of what is expected i am also kicked from the call system...this doesnt bother me as this is supplemental income for me and thank goodness not a mainstay of income...i do feel badly for those operators that need this as a means of soul support...they however are usually working 8 or more hours...

i know there is money to be made working from home doing this sort of work...i have been doing so for nearly a couple years...i have also worked for a very very good company back in the early 90s...which surpassed tbe by leaps n bounds...i no longer reside near that company so i couldnt go back there...i do know that they also contract home based employees now...but only in a few states...mine not being one of them...i did the phone thing ...worked in the office...climbed the ladder...was a trainer...did professional voice overs for other lines who contracted thru this company...became a supervisor and ended up in the quality control dept....so this is not something new for me to be working in the phone sex industry...

it is simply the way that tbe presents themselves that is the problem...they do lure one in with a very friendly demeanor...they then put you on the lines...

everyone that calls does not stay on the phone lines...many hangups...you can have a great holding time one day...which doesnt count for anything...and the next day be kicked off the lines just like that...then they admonish you as though you are purposefully trying to ruin their great expectations...lol

i was kicked off today...however the supervisor...an new one...sammer...another f*g...came on the line and made it a point to ridicule me...call me a liar...tell me some very ridiculous b.s. about my schedule...and then when i asked him where he was going with all this...he could not answer out of his own frustration...and nonsense...he simply hung up...

bottomline...these supervisors themselves are no more than the operators on the line...without us...there is no...supervisor... or any other position at that company...

if you chose to work for tbe...and have a reason that it works for you ...and need it for any duration of time...more than the couple weeks to months that most operators last...then you need to put your tough skin on and your hip waders...the b.s. runs deep at... the boulevard entertainment...lol

i am happy to say that the duration of my stint with this company is drawing close to an end...and happily so...i am glad for the work i need at the moment to get past what i needed to do this for...but after this...i am on my way to bigger and better things...so hang tuff babe...and any one else that reads this...you are not worth less than any of these condescending idiots we deal with every day...whether it be the callers or the staff at tbe...we are their bread and butter...they need us ...all of us...if only for a week ...or if youve been there 10 or more years...brings us right back to the beginning...poor little confused bitter....Tony.....try living in that poor things shoes for even a day....yikes...i think i would put myself out of misery and fast...lmao....

I had same experience with this person.   He or she is probably the biggest p***k ever.   And trust me I have met many.   The person that wrote this.....I'm with you -- he needs to learn to hide because one day karma will kick his a**!!!!!!!   He treats people like garbage and needs a wake-up call.   I was told he is a short disgusting little man that gets off on listening to all the phone calls.    You will get what's coming to you sooner than later a**hole

This company is run by low life losers. i worked at this place for two years becasue i was desperate for money, which i suspect is the case of most operators who work at TBE. Tony , the guy who sounds like a woman is hateful as hell. He is probably angry becasue he was not actually born a woman, so he takes his disgust with himself out on the poor female operators.  he is obviously a transvestite.  If he is not a transvestite he is just a miserable gay guy.  I heard that  he is part owner of this  trash dump. Pedophiles, rapists, killers, are all part of the menu of who calls. It is sickening.  Operators are expected to talk about anything, no matter how degrading it may be. I started deliberately shortening my calls with teh pedophiles. i could not stomach them. I once told Pam the supervisor that a killer said he wanted to murder me and look at my dead body. She though it was funny, He should have been turned in to the police.  I treid to come back to this company after a long absence. Pam fired me for no reason. She has been there about 15 years She used to be nice, she is now as unkind and as big an  unreasonable  b***h as the rest of them. Operators that work in the office and payroll can never seem to answer a simple question, they run employees around like they are idiots. Mostly stupid, moronic people are in charge of TBE. Donkeys on drugs have more sense than most of the TBE supervisors and owners.  Operators are mentally abused by supervisors and customers alike.  This company deserves to be shut down. Shame on these supervisors and owners  who expect their operators to encourage pedophiles . Anyone who wants to talk about sex with a 4 year old needs to be hung up on. And jailed.
