The Internet Company Career Network: Complete Scam!!! JOB SCAM!!! Internet

WARNING HUGE JOB/MARKETING SCAM!!!: This internet company http://internet-company.com/ and www.career-network.com (a FAKE career web site that gathers personal information to sell to other companies or moreover to use to get you to further your education) posts jobs on their web site that do not exist. For instance, I applied for a "data entry supervisor" position at the internet company in Orlando, Fl. I experienced the same process as other employees applying for any of the FAKE JOB OFFERS at this company. You sign in at the desk, get your picture taken, take a test, which all takes about 40 minutes and then they send you home. About a week later, or longer, the e-mail you back: The e-mail I received said that I had been chosen for the "Data Entry Supervisor" job and that I should click on the link they provided.

When I clicked on the link, it sent me to this flash video which generally tells about the company, but no specifics. About half way through the flash video, it tells you that your are actual applying for a "VERIFICATION SPECIALIST" (which is an at home telemarketing person) and you working for yourself, not getting paid the alleged money they claim $12-$15 per hr or the actual job you applied for in the first place. It's a "bait and switch" tactic they use. The whole thing is ((DECEPTIVE, FRAUDULENT, and one BIG SCAM.)) The owner himself has been involved in other corruption scams and defrauding people. Don't waste your time with this company. I too will be contacting the better business bureau, government officials, and CareerBuilder about this deception. I am tired of these FAKE COMPANIES using MISLEADING TACTITS to acquire information to sell to others and use unemployed people who are trying to legitimately find a good career.
