The law office of Brett Margolin refuses refund Clearwater, Florida

My in laws were going through hard times this past year and decided to go with this law office for loan modification's on their home. This lady comes to their house who does not even work for the law office her daughter does and she is helping her daughter out. That is what this lady tells my in laws. The lady comes back with paper work that has my father in laws wrong name and all the information that is important was wrong. My in laws paid them with money order, I can even give you the money order numbers.

My father in law calls the law office, talks to a gentleman who tells him that he should just file bankrupcty. So my in laws file bankrupcty. Well that is where I fall into this mess at. I am a paralegal, very well informed with bankrupcty, loan modication's, contract. etc... One of the first things you learn is that when you file bankrupcty there is no need for a loan modification that is involved within the bankrupcty.

I had to contact a couple of people in this law office to find out several things. Things went good with a lady I talked with she replied back to emails and phone calls. Then I was to talk to the lady in the refund department. That was crazy, when she did relpy back to emails so could not tell the truth, phone calls when she answered or replied back to then was like she was not even paying attention.

Over all the law office did nothing for my in laws at all. The paper work had my in laws wrong number as well as name. The office claims that they had tried to call my in laws,again the office had the wrong number then sent a breach of contract letter.

There was never any breach of contract, the law office had many things wrong with their paper work, and the law office did nothing at all for my in laws. Now they will no refund my in laws. I sent them a cancellation letter to the nice lady who I had to deal with. She then forward the cancellation to the rude lady in the refund department.

The law office will not refund my in laws, will not return phone calls or emails. I called the office some lady gave me the number to a New York number. I called that number no one answered that was not a surprise. I left many messages and surprise surprise no one return my phone calls from that office.

This company is a fake, I have read different comments how they helped people out. I do not believe the law office has helped anyone. All my in laws are asking for is their refund. The law office got paid to do loan modifications, the law office did not do any loan modifications or anything else to that matter. I don't understand why they will not just pay the refund.

Do not do business with the company. The law office is a fake and will take your money and run.
