I borrowed what I thought was a payday loan from The Money.Bz, come to find out I had an e signature on file for a 1 year subscription to some bs I did not need. They implied it was a payday loan for $500 and not a club, I made 8 payments @ 140 a month = $1120.

I know shame on stupid me, before I realized what was going on. I was just trying and close my end of the deal. In order to close out this mess or stop from paying any more fees, I tried despartely to close out my bank account - I had to let my bank close it, they would not do this on my request.

So needless to say after running their $140 through numerous (even as many as 20X's a day and the bank charging me $36 for each time) The bank finally closed it. A few months later I was contacted by a law firm, threating me, my family, my employer and demanding that I pay almost $4,000! Even threatening my Driver's License, Fraud and other numerous trumpt up BS.

I contacted the attorney and let him know what a bunch of crap this really was and if anyone was going to file suit, I would be it, not only with the Federal Trade Commission, but the Banking Industry as well.

So valuable lesson I learned - for anyone looking for an emergency loan, do your homework and stay away from most of them, borrow from family, friends, even pawn shops, not these guys. I paid 2'x plus for $500 and the battle is still not over, they are now offering a settlement $3000! I called American Web Cash, left a message, and this is located somewhere outside the USA, what a deal ----- go figure!
