The Roof Doctor INC Don't work for them, or you'll get screwed Ripoff Longview Washington

I also am a former employee of The Roof Doctor in Longview and know that the original post is true, but they have recently stopped the payment of overtime to its employees in cash and now pay them time and a half for overtime, although they go to considerable measures to keep the hours under forty. I worked there for three years during which I only received one pay raise after a year, and absolutely no vacation time.

I also know that The Roof Doctor and Dr. Roof are in no way affiliated, nor were they ever owned by the same people. They are two completely different companies that share similar names.

Its late at night & I have to get up early to go to work at the pathetic company mentioned here, The Roof Doctor Inc, now called Dr. Roof Inc & located in Long Beach Washington as well as Gearhart Oregon, the companies name change was probably due to too much negative feedback or maybe a lawsuit? Thats the only thing that I am not 100% sure about, but I am 80% sure of it. This small business is incredibly scandalous. I have witnessed well over 10 employees ( in just the last year alone) & thats also 10 out of about 12, so you can see that Its not just a few employees, its every single employee that makes the terrible mistake of working there. Ive seen females get sexually harassed by management then after confiding in the boss about it, they mysteriously get fired for bogus reasons, I have seen Glenn, Hillary & Larry Adams pit employees up against each other, I have seen people walk in looking for a job & get put to work immediately while reeking SO incredibly bad of marijuana, although they claim to drug test the employees, THEY DO NOT, in years I have never seen one employee get drug tested, I wasn't. They wouldn't want to waste the money on drug tests, anyways its your roof the are high or intoxicated on, not theirs, what do they care? I have seen time & time again meetings with prospective clients get over & as soon as they walk out the door, they continually talk garbage about them. Ive spent many a day answering the phone to nothing but angry customers for various reasons. I have also seen them commit insurance fraud by naming innocent employees as the drivers in accidents because they where on the insurance & the actual person driving was not insured, that right there should tell you exactly what type of people run this place!! I have seen them set up secret surveillance on innocent employees just to hear whats being said about them when they aren't around, thats real legal! I have witnessed them denying ex employees their last paychecks because they are mad that the employee has gone to work for a real company. Basically this small business is ran EXACTLY as if being ran by 16 year old high schools girls, very disrespectful, nothing but lies, threatening ex employees, immature harassment of ex employees, owner always being arrested & jailed for drunken bar fights on many occasions, sexual harassment by married men, friends of thr manager smokinh marijuana in thr bathroom & stealing, If its something that a group of very rebellious immature juveniles with issues would do, then I guarantee its done here at Dr. Roof Inc & the main & only clowns involved are GLENN (Leeland) TRUSTY, HILLARY TRUSTY & LARRY D. ADAMS, althoug Glenn & Larry are definitely the main instigators of every issue, including sexual harassment, threats etc....everything, In fact last I heard a few ex employees where getting together & all filing sexual harassment charges against Larry & also the company for not legally acting to protect them from this pedophile when they where told of it, instead the females where all put through hell until they either couldnt stand it anymore & quit or where fired for false or bogus reasons, as for me I have been looking for a job asap so I can get the heck outta here & move on to bigger & better things & finally be happy when I get married! Hillary is not innocent & although she comes off as "nice & sweet" she is NOT, shes just a women so shes much better at masking her involvement with everything & always seems to just go with whatever Glenn & Larry are doing or have done to people, sorta like a puppet. Anyways we could all write a pretty large book about this place, im sure in time the internet will be full of truthful reviews about these people & this little business, & maybe they will finally either get shut down for good or as is happening right now, they will ultimately run their small business into the ground, they really wouldnt be missed & most probably wouldnt eve notice they where gone! But so long as they continue to threaten, harass & make false claims against "disgruntled employees" as Glenn or Hillary haves called it here in their rebuttal, to try to take away thier unemployment, get them fired from new jobs & everything else they fill their days with trying to seek revenge on ex empoyees, then only the people who could care less what immature tactics they use to seek revenge for not liking them, working for better companies or telling the truth, will tell it how it REALLY is at Dr. Roof Inc.
