Be Careful , Very Careful, if you are contacted by phone by one on Jim Cramer's representitives selling subscriptions to The Street.com, Action Alerts Plus, or some other Jim Cramer paid service. The pitch will go someting like this. The offer price is X, and when you balk, they will cut the price in half. Fair enough, but what they don't tell you, is that the service will automatically renew annually at DOUBLE THE AGREED PRICE, and you will NOT BE ALLOWED TO CANCEL. Don't expect your credit card folks to be any help to you, because in the bowls of the user agreement exists the most convoluted cancellation language you will ever see. If Cramer was so sure of the value proposition of his products, why would he make cancellation so difficult?? Think I'm kidding, check it out yourself!

Would a resonable man be able to decipher his cancellation rights during a telephone solicitation?? No, Mr Cramer has set a financial trap for you, Don't fall into it, unless you just want to flush half a grand down the toilet! Just say NO... to CRAMER!
