Our politicians and leaders have FAILED us.
Poverty is increasing in America.
They are LYING about the unemployment rate. It is FAR worse than what it is.
I live in Dallas, TX which is suppose to have the most jobs anywhere and I have been unemployed for over a year. My friend has been unemployed for over two years. I know so many people out of work. The wages in Texas are plummeting. My friend has left Texas. He's working in Colorado and says the lowest wage is $7.85 there. He can't understand why in Texas they are still paying $7.25. Folks are driving 50 miles outside of Dallas to find work in Warehouses. The total drive is around 100 miles a day for MINIMUM WAGE!!
It's even WORSE in other areas of America. Per the AP today Poverty has increased.
Companies are getting greedier. They want more and more for less and less. They don't want to pay ANYTHING. They LOVE cheap and exploitable labor. What happened to the middle class.
Capitalism isn't working. People are suffering. The government has to do something.
The Republicans are trying to do away with all social programs at the same time they are removing worker rights and consumer rights and fighting against any agency that tries to assist employees and consumers. They even hate the consumer protection agency whose only job is to be a watchdog and make sure the powerful do not exploit the poor.
Obama has given in to the big money interests. He is surrounded by MULTI BILLION DOLLAR MEN and he doesn't know what it feels like to be on the streets or poor anymore.
The poor have no one. Cities such as Chicago are erupting in violence. People are slaying each other. Soldiers are committing suicide at an all time high. Birth rates are down. Marriage rates are declining. Foreclosure rates are still increasing. And big banks are making more money than EVER.
We need to REVOLT people!
