Thinsport I ordered the product with a free 15 day trial just pay shipping, they charged me before 15 day trial was over. Aurora, Colorado

I ordered the product Thinsport from an online ad, 15 day free trial just pay shipping.  The product arrived 5 days after I ordered it, and I started it on the 6th day after order date.  8 days later they charged my account $84, I called and inquired as to why they charged without giving a few days for mail delivery and they say it is 15 days from order.  I get the information to send the unused product back and send it certified mail with return reciept the next day, I track the package and see that it was delivered 3 days later (mailed on a Friday arrived to the warehouse on Monday), I give it a week and still no refund, I call customer service and was told the package hadn't arrived yet or if it did the warehouse has not processed and it could take 48-72 hours to process.  A week goes by and still no refund, I called customer service again and am told the package still hasn't arrived and or the warehouse has not processed it and it could take up to 15 days.  Another week goes by and now 18 days since the package arrived according to the USPS, I call again and still they say the packaged has not arrived.  I asked for a phone number to the warehouse and was told they were not allowed to give out that phone number, I asked for a general manager to speak with and they say that the "higher ups" to do talk to customers on the phone.  It seems this company doesn't have any problem pulling money from peoples bank accounts but do seem to not want to give it back.  Do not fall for this free trial scam, it is a ripoff!
