Thunder Valley Ranch Faye Schreffler and Sean Autry breech of contract, not properly caring for my animals noble, Oklahoma

This is specifically to the consumer in Tinton Falls.  

THANK YOU.  Finally someone with some sense of reason.  I believe my last post and your post #14 crossed in cyberspace.  I did not see it until some time after mine had been written.  No big deal, I understand who you are addressing and I appreciate that very much.  This is a MAJOR mess and my post addressed Faye and Faye's sock-puppet account.  Yes, I believe it's the same person...the typos match as does the hostility   

I would be most happy to post photos of the unedited threatening email, (there were several ugly ones but only one threatened violence against the transport team), but I expect ROR will reject it due to the vulgarities which violates ROR's Terms of Service.  The other emails were also FILLED with vulgar language and threats toward Lynne by stating Faye would turn her horses over to the animal welfare services as abandoned if they were not removed from her property by October 31st, the end of the contract.  That's how I came to be involved and the pickup is the last and only direct dealing I had with Faye other than this mess online.  She wasn't concerned at all for their welfare back then and in fact was so demanding and ugly in those emails about getting the "blankety blank" horses off her property immediately, claiming they were dangerous and had damaged her property.

ALSO:  This isn't a situation where Lynne was caring for them mid contract then left the State, Lynne placed them at Faye's and in her care BECAUSE she was leaving for Ohio and needed someone to care for them.  

Thank you again for your reason and insight.   To answer one of your questions, I can tell you that YES, both horses were infested with parasites.  Tina had pinworms (I could see that when loading her that day) so it's obvious that thorough worming was not being done on schedule at Faye's and I believe she was responsible for making arrangements for that with the owner out of State. The worms would be one explanation for the condition you see in the photos posted of Tina.  I will have to let Lynne address the condition of her horses for you as she has been the one in contact with her vet, etc.  Her email above is still valid.  Feel free to contact her and ask for the condition of her horses or the emails, etc.

As far as her name, many people go by their middle name.  My mother did, from the time she was a small child.  I go by a nickname in some circles and my given name in others.  I'm not sure what other names you are talking about, would you clarify?  She signed the contract with her legal name...which a person should do and that legal name included the name I know her by.... "Lynne".  That's not a crime.  Many people conduct business in their full legal names yet go by a middle name or even a nickname.   I'm only seeing the one name with either Roberta or Lynne being used first.   With "Lynne" being her middle name, it doesn't give me any reason to think she is dishonorable if she chooses to be called Lynne instead of Roberta.   I'm not saying that you are claiming that, just stating my opinion.

I agree with you and have many of the same questions about the claims of Tina starving.   What about Buddy?  He was in the same trailer that day...so is he on Antler's Blvd, too?   Why would one be starving and the other not?  Although that would further verify the existence of worms.  And YES, if they are in danger, why are the horses not in the hands of the authorities?   There are only two answers.  1)  These are more lies or 2) the Owner is complying with the authorities and rectifying the situation.  The owner being, Lynne, not Mr. Gordon, and only Lynne can answer those questions.  Otherwise, Tina would be in the care of a rescue or the authorities if she was truly in danger and/or starving.  

Thank you again for your constructive comments.  I too look forward to seeing this come to an end for all parties involved.  I have watched Lynne and Mr. Gordon harassed to the point that if I were in their shoes I would have already filed charges against Faye.

I was never speaking about you. I was speaking about the responsible owner (who has gone by many names) of the horse and Faye. It seems to me you have been caught up as a first hand witness in a bad situation and have had very valuable insight into what has gone on here. Again my point was it is against the law to threaten to give someone the option of giving there "starving animal" to a rescue or threatening to sue them.  I was agreeing that it is indeed extortion and was written in public forum.

Again if this horse is indeed starving where are the authorities? Could the horse have come back sick or damaged? And what of the other horse? Please don't drop out of the conversation. I would like to know how this situation resolves itself.

First of all, let me be PERFECTLY CLEAR.  These horses were NEVER in my care.

I am not Phil Gordon's Employee, family or any other type of relation.

I did not lie about any statement I made in this report.  I never said the horses went to Ohio.  Read my words carefully.

When I arrived at your Ranch in October to pick up these horses, I was acting as Lynne's representative. Remember,  I showed up with a police escort (2 of them) in a separate vehicle, with my husband?  

When I left your property I did not have custody or control of either Buddy or Tina and I was not responsible for their maintenance since that time.

What happened from there was Mr. Gordon's responsibility.  

I don't live on or anywhere NEAR the property listed on Antlers (thank GOD...).

I have not been the one responsible for Tina's daily care and maintenance (or Buddy's) at any time, with the exception of the time it took to bring both horses out of your pasture on your property and place both horses in Mr. Gordon's trailer that day in October.

So I cannot answer your question(s). You will have to ask Mr. Gordon.

I would think that if Tina is still on his property "starving" that the authorities would remove her, correct? 

Seems pretty straight forward to me.  If the horse is in danger and being starved to death, why is she not off the property in the care of the authorities or a rescue?  What about Buddy?  Why haven't you mentioned him at all?  Is he starving, too?  

I'm so, so sorry for the big words.   Next time I'll dumb it down and say it like this:

When a person tries to force someone who does not own property into giving said property to you or someone else by means of threatening to sue them, or otherwise cause them harm or distress if you don't get what you want, it's called EXTORTION.

DUH.

Due to the risk of lost brain cells that I may incur if I continue this communication, I will now depart the discussion.  I think that enough information has been placed out there to answer everyone's questions.  

The consumer will make their own conclusion.

It is obvious this contract has been terribly mishandled by both parties. as a third party i would like to see the the threats made by Faye in writing to you. She has not backed down in divulging any personal information about you.

The lawsuit vs. reporting this women to the authorities is not only bordering on extortion but does show your true moral fiber. If it was truly about the horse you would have done something already. he horse has been seperated from the other and has just undergone from what has been described a severe psychological experience. The best thing would be to surrender it to a rescue.

Stop using the animals as pawns here.  Faye as  someone who studies  animal psychology and animal human bond I will say the horses looked in decent condition when leaving the property, but the lengths you have gone to to disparage these people and the options you have left them looks like its time for  a business change.

Stop avoiding the question, why did Tina leave Faye's property at a healthy weight and never make it to Ohio like you stated in your first statment you want to.talk about trust you got caught red handed in a lie. Wow you do really need to be educated, maybe if you had studied law like I had you would know what Due Process of Law is.  Fundamentally, it is the constitutional guarantee that all legal proceedings will be fair and that one will be given
notice of the proceedings etc. It is founded under the 5th and 14th amendment. With that being said that means the lawsuit is still at the being stages, like advised before the certified letter, letters of intent were just mailed out last week.

The lawyers have to give a certain amount of time to respond. If no response then the phone calls and other ways of contact like social media will begin. They have to try by every means to settle the lawsuit outside of court before it actually goes to a court room. This is why Faye has offered to drop the lawsuit for 3,500 (max amount allowable in this kind of lawsuit), on animal cruelty on Tina and slander of her name, for the release of Tina to the property authorities like the police or the horse rescue so she can get the care she needs. If no agreement can be met then it will go to court and when it finally gets to that point that is when you will see an actual court case number assigned. So dont think its not real and its not going to happen, I grantee we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Whatever it takes to save
Tina, its not about us anymore its about saving that poor starving mare!

I asked Faye to post a picture of Tina getting on Mr. Gordons trailer, we know its his trailer because the tag on it can be traced back to his business (Gordon Farms of Mcloud). This picture illustrates the last day Tina was seen on Fayes property and establishes she was in good condition and a healthy weight the last day we all saw her on Oct 25, 2011.

Also note Mr. Gordon is also in the picture, we have more pictures in it with this Robyn aka Bobbie individual as well.

I have attached a photo of what Tina looks like when we discovered her on Mr. Gordons property on March 10, 2012.

First what I find amazing is if you look at the transporters notes he states he delivered both horse to Ohio. Oh yeah then why did we find her on your property starving, who got caught in a lie, looks like someone put their foot in their mouth!

Notice the picture of Tina in this deplorable condition looks very much like the mare in the first picture Faye posted of her. We know this is her for several reasons one she is an American Cream Draft and very rare breed (estimated only about
400 in the US) and Faye has a copy of Tina registration papers which this mare matches perfectly too. Second Tina had amber colored eyes a very rare trait; the mare at Gordons also has the same amber color eyes. The marking of both
horses are the same like the white blaze on her face. As well as the green rope halter that is seen in the picture is the same one Tina left in from Fayes property. We know this is Mr. Gordons property from the photo because you can
see all the junk on his property as well as the police have confirmed it is the same horse on the dame property they did a well fair check on!

Now the question I have for you is how can you live with yourself and allow a horse to suffer and starve like this? Tina does not deserve this and we are prepared to do whatever it takes to save her life, I have also reported this story to channel 4 news; in your corner segment.

So again we ask the lawsuit or do will you release Tina to the proper authorities like the police or the rescue and never speak of this or use Fayes name again?

Also another picture of her face and in good health was posted earlier in this thread that photo was also taken on my property just hours before they left. Again notice how her face and neck are full and healthy.

wait to give you a chance to answer if no answer is forth coming then the phone calls and other social media like on here will start to try and negotiate a bargain outside of court. Faye has offered a deal stating she will not further pursue
the lawsuit if Tina is released to the proper authorities like the police or rescue so she can get the care and help she needs as well as the slander of her name stops right now! Now if an agreement cannot be reached outside of court,
then and only then does it get to go to court and only once the court date has been issued will you see a court number issued. Thats how it works; lawsuits and other court proceedings take time. However, that does not mean it will not
happen everything you say and do is being watched and documented by Faye's lawyers and will be used against you in a court of law.

Now I have asked Faye to post a picture of Tina the last time she saw her as she was getting on Mr. Gordons trailer leaving her property for the very last time and it was also the last time I saw her as well, I was there to witness the exchange. Just so you know in case you try to say it is not Mr. Gordon,  you can run the tag number of the trailer it is linked to his business in Mcloud under Gordon Farms. Mr. Gordon is also in the photo I doubt he has a double but most
importantly what the photo proves is Tina you can tell from the photo is at her optimal weight for a horse her size should be at. Notice she has neither ribs nor hip bones showing. That photo was taken Oct 25th 2011

Most importantly the mare on Mr. Gordon property has amber eyes a very rare trait and a trait only found in America Cream Drafts have and guess what we have photos showing Tina having amber eyes too. Now what are the odds that an American Cream Draft Mare with amber eyes leaves in Mr. Gordons Trailer and then in 5 months another exact America Cream Draft Mare with amber eyes is starving on his property with her green rope halter that Tina left in from Fayes property now come on you cant really think we are all that stupid. The picture of Tina starving on Mr. Gordons
property was taken on March 10th 2012.

My question to you is why did you do that to her, she doesnt  deserve to live like that or die. How can you live with yourself for the cruelty you have done to that poor horse!! Just so you know everyone is aware of whats going on I have disclosed this information about Tina starving to all the rescues and police in the local area and my next step is to inform the local news like channel 4 on their in your corner segment. My only concern at this point is saving Tina from the fate of starving to death and we will do whatever it takes to save her life!

As of this date I see no lawsuit on file with OSCN.net.  When a case is filed, then a summons is issued and parties are served either by certified letter or process server.   But the case has to be on file first.  Where is it?  Care to share the link to the case and what grounds you have?   All I found was a traffic ticket on Faye from years past.

Thats right facts do speak for themselves and the truth so lets have some fun and see who got the most evidence to convict their case.

to start, since the filing of the lawsuit, Mr. Gordon has tried to call Faye's Commander and you know what they found out through their investigation, lies all of it, Faye's Commander told Mr. Gordon their was no truth found to his stories and to call civilian channels.

Then as Faye was doing her investigation for her lawyers, she found to her horror that Tina, the American Cream Draft Mare never left Oklahoma has you all claimed. You want to start recanting your statment now or should I keep destroying your lies with more facts and evidence? Poor Tina is at 30 Antler Blvd Mcloud, OK starving to death. Faye did what any animal loving person would do, she took tons of pics of her condition on Mr. Gordons property, which by the way is filthy, no grass or clean water, it looks like a tree grave yard.BC the trees are dying BC all the horses on the.property are so starved they are eating the bark. once Faye had her evidence she called the local horse rescue Blazes Tribute Horse Rescue and thats when they got involved, they stated they have had negative run in with Mr. Gordon before. They advised Faye to call the local police about the animal , which she did and started an investigation on animal cruelty and neglect.

And from what Faye has told me the certified letters for the lawsuit went out last week, you should get them this week and if the lawyers dont hear nothing by this Friday, the phone calls from the lawyers are going tp start next week.

From what Faye has said she is willing to drop the lawsuit, on one condition first and most importantly Tina, the starving Mare is surrerendered to the police

or the rescue, thats what Faye mostly cares about is saving that Mare! Second the slandering and harssment ends for good. Unless this happens Faye will push this to the farthest extent of the law she can. So unless you are prepared to higher expensive lawyers ans see her in court, BC I guarantee on my life and Faye has saved my butt overseas a time or two, so I know the kind of person she is, you will see her there. Faye never gives up, her drive and determination is beyond anything of this world!

I have seen the pics of what you did to Tina, terrible! How do you live with yourself?

Just FYI, I'd like to further enlighten any readers.  

If a case is filed in District Court, depending on the type of case, it will have two letters, the year, then a chronological number based on the number of cases filed during that calendar year.  

For example:

Family Cases (i.e. divorce, custody, etc.) would be FD-2012-XXXXXX
(x's represent numbers for lack of info)

or 

Cival Cases:   CJ-2012-XXXXXX
Marriage License:  ML-2009-XXXXXXX
Traffic Offenses:  TR-2011-XXXXXX
Small Claims:  SC-2011-XXXXXX

There's even designated letters for Notary Public agents, bad debts, criminal cases, and so on.

The case number Faye has quoted may be some Pre-Paid Legal ID number (she kept carrying on about that when we picked up the horses) or an internal office number (which I HIGHLY doubt) since there really isn't a REAL case anywhere on file with any District Court within Oklahoma.  

I've worked for a reputable attorney.  We don't assign internal numbers.  Just the name of our clients and then the case number once it is filed.  NOT just random numbers.  There is a reason behind the case number as you can clearly see.

A case can be filed even if you have been unable to locate the other party.  So the fact of the matter is that again Faye has lied.  She may intend to file a case, but as of yet it's not on file with any District Court in this State and I've checked with OSCN.net.  So that leaves one to wonder...if there really is a case here, why wasn't action taken in October?  Why isn't there a police report about the damages?

I KNOW consumers are smart enough to figure that out. 

There are no cases on file in Cleveland County or Tulsa County (where the attorney's office is located).

Also...I have a cleared OSBI background check, too.  BIG DEAL!!!

In reply to Faye's rebuttal, I must set the record straight. I contacted Faye on or around the 15th of October to make arrangements to pick up two horses and transport them to Ohio. The horses were picked up in October 25th, 2011. I had a truck that could live load them the next day, but Faye said the 25th, no exceptions. When I arrived to load them, Faye gave me bad directions to her place, said she was a half mile south of highway 9 when on fact she was close to 2 miles. I met Lynn's representative at highway 9 and 108th street. She had emails from Faye stating she would shoot anyone who tried to remove the horses. At that time I had Tobin contact Norman Police department. When they heard who we were dealing with they told us to stay at highway 9 until they could get an officer to us. They sent one, he read the emails from Gaye and called for backup. 3 more showed up, I guess they know her. The horses I picked up were in bad shape, had been mistreated, had no decent water and in need of vet care. There was evidence that they had been run hard prior to my arrival to load them and they were scared to death of Faye and her boy friend.

Faye never warned me about Lynn, that is a bald faced lie. As a courtesy to Faye, I called her when the driver reported her had made good his delivery. He had a 40 foot trailer that is hard to get into tight places so it was agreed that delivery would be made at a Wat-Mart store for safety reasons. Lynn also was told that the transaction required a cash payment on delivery before she could re-load her horses. She was in agreement to that. The statement about a bad check is a blatant lie, it never happened. Lynn had the cash in hand when her horses were unloaded and the delivery driver was paid in full for a clean delivery before she loaded her horses up to leave. I require cash only because so many banks put a 10 to 14 day hold on out of state checks. As far as who to believe here, I think it is obvious. I was contacted by Robin to post what happened and set the record straight. As far as honesty goes, and after reading what Faye has posted, the lies she has stated, I would never recommend her to anyone again. I have in the past couple months, but that will change. I do not like lies being perpetrated involving me in order to gain something. From what I have seen here, if you are planning on doing business with Faye, do so at your own risk. I have seen the police reports, and Faye is lying about who called and the reason.

Be d**n careful if you must have any dealings with this person. If it is not, there are reputable boarding stables out there that care about your horses. I did not see that at Faye's, in fact the only horses on the property were the ones I hauled out. I thought that strange for a "boarding stable". Now I know why.

I was present at the pickup of Lynn's animals...reference the name "Robin" in Lynn's report.  The above information posted by Faye is inaccurate.  I would like to clarify a few things.

#1)  The police were called by ME prior to arrival at the property because Lynn received emails that threatened the transporter agent with a firearm and also threatened to turn "dogs" on us. I showed copies of these emails to the police and they were there in a standby capacity only.  There is no report about "damages" on file as of Oct. 28th.   When we pulled up to the property, sure enough all her dogs, including the one that she stated would bite were all running around unleashed.  The police required her to restrain her dogs.  The man at the property with Faye did so.  

#2)  I have a copy of the call for assistance report.  Shall I post that for you Faye?  It has MY name on it,not yours.   Also, for everyone's information:  The police will NEVER EVER give you detailed legal advice. They are not allowed.  They can only go as far as clear enforcement of the law.  

#3)  I also have a copy of the contract.  Shall I post that, too, Faye?  It has the date of end of contract as October 31st.  We picked up these animals before that date.  I would be most pleased to post the emails but I would have to black out all of your vulgar language.    Any interested party can email me through this site and I'd be most happy to share the true language "Faye" allows to spew from her mouth and computer keyboard.

#4)  No.  I don't know where Lynne lives.  We only met one time on a trail ride before she moved to Ohio. I became involved out of compassion for these horses.

#5)  Question:  How can your "Business" be damaged when you stated in your emails that you were getting out of the business of boarding horses due to the drought and your auto accident?

I simply want to share a third party perspective. While at the facility I spoke only when spoken to and gave clear yes and no answers.  As you will see in my report if so requested from me, Faye tried all kinds of things to push our buttons.  She kept stating these are "vicious and dangerous horses".  Well, Sean took a picture with me halfway underneath Tina in effort to push her back end to one side of the trailer and she never once attempted to kick, bite or even pin her ears.  She was clearly use to a slant load and we had to teach her to move over.   I bet you about freaked out when I got between her and the trailer wall and had to walk underneath her neck with no reaction from the horse.  WOW!  Now that's one vicious mare right there!!! LOL!

We didn't buy in to her drama.  Just picked up the horses and Lynne's property and left.  I despise drama and I felt terrible for Lynne's situation so I offered to help Phil with the pickup.  My husband was there out of concern for my safety and insisted we contact the police, which we did.  It is even more apparent seeing that Lynne is continuing to be harassed 5 months later in a vicious way, that I did the right thing by assisting Lynne to get her horses back.   It's now out in the open for everyone to see.  Make up your own decisions folks.  And no, there was not a single bad check in the entire exchange of this transportation arrangement.  Not one.  

I SERIOUSLY doubt that Lynne has a criminal background.   What would that have to do with this anyway?  Because, come on, we all know that well paid, well educated, or even famous people NEVER lie! LOLOL!  

Finally, I have NEVER seen two horses more terrified of two people in my entire life.  I have enough knowledge of horses to know when a horse is afraid of someone and these horses were TERRIFIED of Faye.   I was told by Phil that he had called to tell them we were coming and that Sean had been trying to catch the two horses for an hour prior to our arrival on scene.   They apparently had been trying to coax them with treats.   If someone so chooses to use treats, the horses get treats for good behavior, not to GET good behavior.   I had both of these horses haltered in 5 minutes.  Horse folks....do the math on that, it should tell you something about the handling skills of the people running this place.  

We have pretty pictures, too, Faye!  Shall we post the terrified look in the eyes of the horses?  Or the welps on the back of Buddy?  Or the huge amount of flies on both horses?   Or the pictures where they were moved to the opposite side of the trailer to keep YOU out of their line of site?

*UPDATE* on Roberta Lynn Rocco the indivdual who first tried to file a complaint on Thunder Valley Ranch.



Ok it took hiring a private investigator but i have some new info on Roberta Lynn Rocco, first she goes by Lynn and very rarely gives out her first name. Second she is also wanted by her last know landlord for property damages and stolen property. Her last know address was:

I am the owner of Thunder Valley Ranch, also an active duty military member with a Top Security Clearence, BS and Masters Degree, I dont think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out who to belive here. I wish I had done background check on the lady listed above bc we would have never allowed her on our property with a criminal and drug record. the lady above had a boarding contract with us. (Still have the signed copied and can provide copies) Contract states provided hay, water and a place for her horses to live for the barter of the youngest horse, Thor.(I own him free and clear, proof bill of sale, orginal coggins, boarding contract and via what is stated in police report) Contracted started in June 11 she left with no forwarding address in Aug 11, contract was for 5 months. We try to contact her to remove her things and horses at end of contract heard nothin from her by end of Oct so called local authorties and animal welfare offices to report abandon horses, we followed their directions and law to the T.

I was in a terriable accident, in a wheelchair for 3months, she finally contacted me the day after my emergency surgey. Told me it was my responsiblity to get them to a vet for a current coggins ad health certificate. I told her I was not responsible via contract and advised her what the police and animal welfare dept advised me. She blew up threatened me, my family & animals, home. Finially, week before contract ended was contacted by a horse tranporter, I had him escorted by Norman Police, who is working this case on to my property to remove her things and her horses. Police said Thor, the horse stayed and was legally our for pmt of the completed contract. I informed the transporter we were looking for her and warned to becareful he got pd for his services. Two days later he called and thanked me, bc she had tried to be shady. He said she made them meet at a Walmart so no one new where she lived, she tried to give him a check but bc of our warning, refused to unload horsed until it checked out. So happened it was a bad check, she finially came up with cash after she made several phone calls. To this day she has not been scene since Aug even when her horses were removed, she had someone else do it for her. We have not heard anything from her since her horses were removed on the last day of Oct.

Our lawyer and us our looking for any info on this individual bc we are trying to get restitution for property damages and slander of my bussiness name.
