Myself and two roommates recently rented from a corrupt property management company in the Fort Collins Area. When we began occupying the rental unit this company was called THC Properties, LLC. During the duration of the lease, this company was dissolved and we received a notification that we would now be paying all funds due to Aimrock, Properties, LLC.  We were also notified by the previous tenant that THC Properties, LLC had refused to refund any deposit to them until they took themanaging member Thurl Quigley to a mediator to discuss the issue. Thurl is not only the "managing member" of both THC Properties, LLC and Aimrock Properties, LLC but also the owner of the bulk of the rental properties in this companys inventory. Thurl is a licensed Mortgage loan Originator operating under license number LMB100010865 and founder of TST Financial, LLC as well.

 At the termination of our lease, Thurl Quigley and/or Aimrock Properties, LLC also refused to refund any of our security deposit. We attempted to mediate through the city of Fort Collins and the mediators calls were not returned. We took Aimrock properties, LLC to court on December 15th,2011. We were awarded judgment for a partial return of the security deposit funds as the judge found the supposed charges outrageous and/or normal wear and tear or preexisting conditions. Thurl notified the judge at the proceedings that Aimrock Properties, LLC would not pay the funds due to us at that time. We sent an invoice to ThurlQuigley on December 21st, 2011 and asked when Aimrock Properties, LLC would be refunding the court ordered amount. This request has not been responded to and true to form Thurl dissolved this company as of December 28th, 2011. I believe he now may be operating under the name of Erie property management, LLC. These "companies" and namely this individual is a scam artist who preys on young adults in the Fort Collins area and needs to be stopped. I have found him on rip-off report for a date prior to this complaint. This is not the first time this man has manipulated the system to take advantage of his tenants and clients.
