TicketBenz out of Houston TX TicketBenz are crooks they Took my money for 6 tickets to date I have not received them Houston Texas

Ticketbenz are crooks disguising as legitimate ticket sellers.  I order 6 tickets for Mexico and Nigeria soccer match for May 2013.  I was even charge $15 Fedex fee that I did not authorize. I emailed and call their office, a man answered th phone and identified himself as only _the manager, refuses to give his name.  I told him he had charge for 6 ticket about 9days prior and I have not received my tickets.  He satrted yelling, causing precisely abusive for no apparent reason.  He pratctically told me the game I bought the ticket for is more than 6 weeks away, I just have to wait until he gets to it.  Then I aske why would you charge me $15 Fedex delivery if Yo don't plan to mail the ticket.  He practically slamed the phone on me.  Unfortunately, this is a no refund policy, I'm now at his mercy.  I already filled a complain at my credit car company I hope they will be able to help get my money back.  People stay away from this crook.  Don't make the same mistake many of complain about their deviousness.  Pass the word around lets shut this crook down before he claims more victims.
