On 7-5-2008 I ordered 4 tickets to Six Flags over St Louis under order number TicketsAtWork.com Order #237459. My Total purchase was $149.06. I was told I would receive the tickets via e-mail within 48 hours of the sale. As of today's date I still have not receive the tickets for order #237459. I went to my credit card company and asked that they dispute the charge. A credit card that is owned by Merrick bank in New York said they have contacted tickets at work in an attempt to assist me in resolving this matter, but have been unable to find a resolution. According to the company they have exhausted all avenues and I now have to pay the $149.06 to the company for tickets I never received via e-mail. I asked the company to resend the tickets. I have a receipt that shows I purchased tickets at the six flags location as I never received the tickets. I have even sent that to the company and they have refused to resend the tickets. The tickets had never been used at six flags as they were never used nor received. According to the credit card company Tickets at work states they sent the tickets and can prove that I received the tickets. However they can't provide a receipt stating that I received and opened the tickets. They also have no tracking information for the tickets. I also asked that they contact six flags to see if they could track the ticket numbers to show they had never been used.

On March 19th I received a final letter from the credit card company stating they were demanding payment from me. They stated that I had ordered the tickets which I did. However I never received the tickets. Customer service at the credit card company 1800-850-4668. Tickets at work also stated on their website which I agree with is they do not allow refunds and all sales are final. However, all sales can't be final I if never received the tickets that I purchased.

I do plan to notify the Florida attorney general on this company also. They still owe me four tickets to Six Flags St. Louis however they do not do me any good but they did a good con job at getting the money from me and not fulfilling their end of the transaction. I did everything I could and checked my spam folder and even my deleted folder and I never received an attachment in 48 hours.
