I feel it is very important to inform the public and consumers about this company. I am a consumer advocate for years now, and among many of my interests is computers. tiger direct is for some reason well know in the gaming community, yet all I ever hear is negetive feedback from the unfortunates who have been unlucky to have had any type of problem with a product they purchased from tiger direct. So i signed up to their web site after a family member purchased a very expensive GPU from their website and asked me to follow up with a rebate on the product. I attempted to post and inform the public about a few products they had that were well known to be defective and all were from personal experience, not only with the product, BUT with the company that manufactured it. If tiger direct aggressively blocks and deletes facts about their carried products just to protect their personal better interest at the expense of their consumers lack of information and facts and reports, then they need to be exposed, because as you can easily search up, this is exactly what they have been doing, and the victims just keep piling up! So speaking of Honest and accurate facts and experiences that are suppossed to be a huge helpful tool allowed to the consumer to make the best possible decision on what to buy or more important what NOT to buy with their hard earned money (especially these days) then Be Afraid for your time/money/stress/aggrevation, etc etc.

So very important-Dont be fooled by these snake oil salesmen, they only allow posts in THEIR best interest, NOT FACTS or Honesty. tiger direct LIES and refuses to post any honest or FACTUAL product reviews due to their BIASED opinions and attitudes about certain companies and products. They care ONLY about SALES, AND NOT ABOUT Truth, Honesty, and integrity. They Block what I post that is HONEST, but negetive. I try to help other consumers with FACTS and Experiences, .. wisdom and knowledge, BUT THEY REFUSE to let me inform others about anything that THEY disagree with. Is that Honest? The WISE know to be WEARY of those who mask the truth and block important and useful information others have experienced, BE IT POSITIVE OR NEGETIVE. These snakes are protecting their own personal interests, must be run by politicians. refuse to spend your money at tiger direct, send a message and share your opinions and experiences every chance you get all over the web and even in person , you d be surprised how much you will help yoour fellow consumer and possibly save even just one poor soul the aggrevation and stress and loss of time/ money, even life, because there are many people who gets sick from this type of treatment, they feel abused, attacked, violated, and this type of disrespectful treatment towards others is criminal and a serious health issue belive it or not. We shouod look out for one another, and stop letting big business bend us all over while they keep getting richer and screwing everyone over to get ahead.

My name is William Brown.  I am an employee at TigerDirect.com, a unit of Systemax, Inc.

I was distressed by your criticisms and comments about our e-commerce site.  I would like to investigate your claims, but in reading your comments, I cannot find details. 

1) Which products were you trying to comment upon?  What specifically happened when you attempted to post feedback?

2) Did you actually purchase these products from TigerDirect.com?  We encourage our actual customers to share feedback -- positive or negative -- about what they purchase from us.  But it is important to clarify that in order for feedback on TigerDirect.com to be relevant and meaningful, as well as credible, and to serve as a reference for other customers, you must have specifically purchased the products from us that you wish to comment upon. 

3) Have you ever purchased a product from TigerDirect?  If you have, please post your initials and an actual order number, as well as telling us if the email address & phone number used to make your last purchase with us is still valid.  If the initials you provide match with the name on the order number you provide, it allows us to confirm your identity, and with your permission, we would very much wish to contact you to discuss your complaints by phone, directly, if at all possible.
