I cant well believe what I am reading here. I had dealings with this guy on ebay username electoliteliteforlife. I asked him a few basic questions before purchasing a rare trial Royal Doulton Colourway he was selling. After his response I knew some of his answers were just not true, so I contacted several experts. Every last one told me it was fake. So being polite I declined to buy and let this guy know I could not buy it and to let him know that he has purchased a fake item just to warn him. The insults I  got after I let him know I have never come across even on ebay. A top rated seller I might add. Then I looked a little further. When I first wrote to him on ebay I asked him that he had purchased this item from several usernames I know in the UK who have been repainting and faking Royal Doulton items for years. He responded no, he had never even heard of these sellers. So what do I find, a month or so back he purchased it from one of these sellers.

A terrible service and a terrible seller. Here are copies of his emails to me with the bad language blocked out. He knows very well what he is selling and does not have a problem with it. These are a few of the emails I got from him when I politely asked him to leave me alone and never contact me again.

She has noted herself under author as electolite hater from Chardon. If this person worked for our company I would ask for some proof. Check stubs, dates of employment, when, where & what projects the author worked, actual circumstances, dates, specific occurrences, business names where the alleged occurrences took place citing the purported allegations and the author's real name and contact information to validate the information she has put into this report.

Therefore, I further submit that this report has been and was written by Kanieski to slander the Electolite Company in retaliation for losing a law suit filed against her by Electolite in which she lost. Kanieski has filed this report containing allegations, lies and untruths in retaliation for losing an Electolite law suit/litigation in The Geauga County Court. Kanieski lost the suit to Electolite and lost the appeal to the highest court. When Electolite filed to attach her vehicles Kanieski quickly formed yet another corporation/LLC to avoid payment of this debt. Electolite and even Kanieskis attorney Paul Mooney were NEVER paid on this law suit. This is a pattern for this well known felon.
 
Over the past THREE DECADES Kanieski has dozens of ripoff reports, lawsuits, articles and bad press relative to all of her and her sons failed bars and restaurants. There is a link to The Honky Tonk Saloon in this report validating the fact that this report has been filed in direct retaliation and response to reports filed on/about Kanieski and her shady establishments.
 
Kanieski owed tens of thousands of dollars to The Illuminating Company for her failed Mustang Sallys/Arena Sports Complex. When she was unable/unwilling to pay her electric bill she filed suit against The Illuminating Company for unfair billing practices to abate time and stay open just a few more months. In the middle of all these shady dealings she changed the name to Mustang Salliz and formed another LLC. She has formed and filed so many LLC and corporations to avoid paying her bills that even the IRS cant keep up with her. The Illuminating Company, the landlord, employees/vendors/suppliers and yet even another attorney were NEVER paid for any of the Mustang Sallys or Salliz fiasco. Now of course, Mustang Sallys/Salliz is completely torn down, the only thing left is all the unpaid Kanieski debt.
 
Kanieski operates out of The Honky Tonk Saloon in Chesterland and The Riverwalk in Troy. If you call either establishment you will NEVER reach her or anyone because she owes almost everyone she has ever been in contact with. Drive by or, stop in if you dare, at either of these shady establishments. Take a tour and meet Kanieski if you can ever find her. These two places are such dives it is a true shame they have been run down so badly. The only thing that will be left of these two places will be more unpaid Kanieski debt. Of course Kanieski/Stana cant/wont do this because NONE of the statements in this report are true and none have merit.
If you dont pay for services rendered such as The Illuminating Company, landlords, employees & vendors you get sued. When you get sued and then lose you retaliate by filing a false report as represented here hiding behind electolitehater as the authors name.

Just look at The Arena in Streetsboro; Torn down & demolished. The Riverwalk in Troy; Near abandoned and yet open once or twice a month with dogs being bathed in the food preparation areas and your old mattresses in the kitchen where you lay your head as you bounce from place to place. The Honky Tonk is close to developing the same pattern, un-kept, dirty & falling apart. Open once or twice a month when Kanieski puts some new scam together.The filing of this false report has at least afforded me the opportunity to inform the public just who & what Sandy, Sandra Stana Kaneiski is all about.
 
The author of this slander is Sandra Kanieski. You may read volumes of information about this woman on Rip Off Report or hundreds of articles on the worldwide web. I contend that the statements Kanieski has posted and the incidents she purports to have taken place are lies.
 
In defense of these allegations I offer and invite anyone from the public to call or stop by Electolites facility. Here you may meet with me, my employees and take a tour of our facility. We have a beautiful and immaculate place here and are proud to have an open door policy. We have a very high repeat customer satisfaction record and a great Better Business Bureau rating. Essentially, I feel the best way to defend and disprove these lies and slander is to invite the reader/public to call or stop by our facility. With 25 years plus in business you be the judge. Anyone can arbitrarily make accusations and claims about incidents or occurrences and post them on this site. Anyone can submit anything they want to say on Rip Off Report. An individual can go in and file a new report saying that the President put a cat in a microwave or that a nun tortured and killed a child.  I am one of the hardest working people out here. I take my business seriously and hold a very high ethical standard for my company, my employees and the services we offer and perform for our customers. We must be doing something right here because after 25 years in business we are still expanding. Electolite represents the epitome of a solid service oriented company with an established reputation that any one individual or group of individuals with a vindictive and retaliatory agenda can/will never succeed.

I have worked for Mr. Covert for a very long time. Mr. Covert has always paid me like clockwork every two weeks. I enjoy working for Electolite. Working for his company has helped me to learn the electrical business and I can go to different jobs all over the midwest. I have a family with children and my livlihood depends on this company. I have been paid a paycheck, bonuses, paid holidays, paid vacations and there are many perks working for Electolite. Mr. Coverts company has the cleanest and most organized trucks and facility that I have ever seen in my entire life.

I work at Hospitals, banks, plazas, police departments, cities and townships and even work with The Illuminating Company on major projects. If any of what this lady Sandy Kanieski from the Honky Tonk Saloon or The Riverwalk Saloon were true I dont think that his company could survive this long. Electolite aquired their first trademark in 1987.  Thats over 25 years ago.  I did my own research before I started working for his company. I found out that he has done dozens of things for charities. He raised thousands of dollars for The Red Cross and other organizations.

Just recently on August 28th, 2012 I personally worked with Mr. Covert at The Electolite Grand Slam for The Littlest Heroes charity.  Anybody can look this up and see that he raised over $30,000.00 for kids with cancer in just the past two years. I dont think police departments, banks and power companys would be using his company if any of what this lady says is true. Just drive by the company and look at the place. It is well maintained and is beautiful!

Mr. Covert has a huge wall of framed newspaper articles and awards dating back 20 years about all his accomplishments. I have a really nice luxury service truck that I take care of and all of the Electolite fleet of trucks are awesome! Mr. Covert is smart and a good businessman. He was businessperson of the year in Chesterland a few years back too. This lady Ms. K**** is just trying to post slander and make my boss look bad. I will continue working here as long as I am breathing air. My boss is a wonderful giving person and no matter what anybody says I enjoy working for him and know I can depend on my paycheck every pay period.

This company is so busy with so many jobs and projects we simply cant keep up with the demand. I dont know how he does it. Job after job comes in and he does not even advertise. Electolite seems to maintain repeat business for hundreds of customers. The company must be doing something right because these same companies keep calling us for more and more work. Its really amazing how many jobs we do within a small company. Clean trucks, a beautiful workplace and a great boss! What more can I ask for?
