Timeshare Investors of America My wife and I have been taken for $7,500.00 by this company with the promice of $38,840. Brian Fontana who will not return our calls promiced us the money by July 5th.. This has been a 6 month process Houston, Texas

  My wife and I have been foolish enough to believe these people and we have delt with several of them. The last person we delt with was a Mr. Brian Fontana who was supposedly in the final acquisitions office of Timeshare of America. We questioned thier practices and theier reasons all made sence. The up front monies were to assure that we would not back out and leave them with the bills for the closing fees and the title search.

We granted them access to our checking account for the combined sum of $5,990.00 with the guarentee of a refund of these funds plus our maintenance fees for 2010 and 2011. Plus the sales agreement of $31,250.00 to an investment company from Australia. This has been going on since February 2011, Many of my conversations are recorded due to the fact that they contacted me at work and all our Fire Dept lines are recorded.

  I am not sure where it will get me but I am taking this to the RI Attorney General and the RI State Police fraud and embezelment unit.
