These are the biggest, lying, bullsh*t scam I've ever encountered. Firstly, I called them for a one time site look-up, and they told me that they would send a coupon book for 21.95$ monthly. I adamantly told them NO, I do not want a coupon book, nor do I want to to obligated for any other options. This is the third month since I told the a**-wipes that I didn't want their bullsh*t , and even if I agreed, I never recd. anything at all from this vicious foreigner-operated crap. Is there anyone on the phone concerning accts. that speak English? I was assured every month for the last three that this would be resolved. Now, as I loaded my debit card on the 17th of this month, they immediately for the third month in a row, stole my $, 21.95 x 3 months. I called today, and was livid! I swore, cussed, called them bad names, and finally got a cancellation number. What the hell good does that do, when I've already had to change , and put a stop on my debit card that I've had so long, I had it memorized right down to the security code on the back. Now, even tho they've assured me(HA!) that this wouldn't happen again, here I go having to memorize another lot of numbers, I can't use my card for 10 days or so to even download music from ITunes for .99 cents. I am VERY PISSED! I had no idea it would lead to ME having to change all my info on the computer,and I'm still so f**king mad, I'm shaking.

When I went to the cancellation site, it led to a list of lawyers, and the whole page was RIPOFF by the hundreds of thousands. They must be stopped, I reiterate!!!!i have no patience for this, and will not give them any more of our hard earned money. Some lady ordered tortilla pans....never got them. On the ripoff site, someone found their 800#, but transposed the prefix #.it is, once again...1-800-526-4848. I couldn't trust the b*stards even with a cancellation reference #,not to do it next month. This was a life lesson learned, but I thought I had my spanking the first month. Here we are 3 mos. into a royal screwing by these robbers! Thank-you for allowing me to speak my mind. If nothing else, I hope it helps someone else.
