Washington First Bank, George Connors and Mac Wheately Bad Bank, Management and misrepresentation Washington D.C

As a Small business owner with less than 100 employees’ I thought it would be good to work with a small local bank.  Regrettably I choose to work with Washington First Bank dealing directly with its President George Connors and VP Mac Wheatley. I found them both to be unprofessional, untrustworthy, making commitments and then not honor them.  Trying to get George’s attention in meetings was a real challenge, I am not sure if he was not interested, preoccupied, or just not smart enough to keep up with the subject. My business used Washington First for savings, checking and lending.  I found lots of hidden fees with the checking accounts we found that often they would say one thing related to loan documents, then try and slip other items into the documents that were clearly not a mistake.  This is definitely a buyer beware warning.  I also found them to talk with other people about my business that was really unprofessional.
