Tony Rajeh ripped me and my husband off and ruined our entire vacation BEWARE. He uses a company called luxury rentals miami beach to pull off this con.

Basically, it was pretty smart what he did. We looked for a vacation rental as we visit Miami every year from Canada. He promised us an amazing apartment in Miami beach at the setai. He said it would be $5000 per week and we had to leave a deposit. We sent him the deposit and the first weeks rent (we where going to stay for 2 weeks and pay the other week when we arrived).

Anyhow we arrive in Miami, at setai and he stops answering his phone. No reply on any of the phone numbers. After we asked around, it turns out he has done this before and we where the latest victims. so upsetting. My husband got furious with me for not doing more research on him and his supposed company and we where out the $5000 plus deposit.

BEWARE do not do business with this company.

Only great experiences

AUTHOR: Ray - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, February 16, 2017

I've been working with Tony and his staff for over 4 years. In all that time I have never seen them as anything but professional. His team works tirelessly around the clock and handles an insane amount of customer requests. Even so, they have always been quick to response with customer service as their utmost priority. Seeing a report like this one is not only unsettling, but also makes me think there were other factors at play.

Ali,

Can you believe that there are people out there like this guy that write things like that about other people?  and this website allows them to do it without asking for proof?

Regards,

TR

Disagree - Luxury Rentals Miami Beach has the best service in Miami Beach

AUTHOR: Ali Haidar - ()

POSTED: Thursday, November 07, 2013

Hello,

I came across this ripoff report and I was shocked to see someone complaining about Luxury Rentals Miami Beach especially Tony.

My wife and I have used Tony's services at least a dozen times for the past 2 years and he has been excellent in getting us the right apartment at the right price, even on late bookings.

Tony is a diligent, experienced and of the most genuine indivdual we met in Miami Beach, he not only helped us in our appartment bookings he also was responsible for our transportation and dining outings.

We recommend Tony's services over anyone in Miami.

Thank you Tony for all your help.

Looking forward for our next vacaton.

Ali

This method is becoming a very popular scam in Florida

AUTHOR: FloridaNative - ()

This scam works like this: an offer of a rental (short or long term) is made using various online resources including freebe sites like Craigslist. The scammer scrapes photos from other legitimate listings and uses them as the purported offering. The hitch is this: even though a company name may be used in the ad, the "owner" or "agent" of the property asks you to send the funds via western union or money gram to an individual rather than the corporate name in the ad. The fact that they ask for a western union payment (or money gram) rather than a regular bank wire to a corporate escrow account is a huge red flag. That is when you know its a scam. Don't do business with anyone that asks you to send money upfront to an individual person via western union/money gram to rent a property.

I'm so sorry you had this experience here in Florida. You were clearly ripped off. To prevent that from happening in the future, go to a Realtor for your rental. Yes, the prices are higher, but the properties actually exist and you get to stay in the place that you rented rather than coming here and finding out you were scammed out of your hard earned money.
