 Maybe Wisconsin's Worst Concrete Contractor, Maybe?? For Sure !! (Franklin) READ AND AVOID THIS COMPANY KEEP LOOKING, Anthony Charles Tomasino Jr. ( Tony Tomasino), his wife Mary Beth Tomasino, his company TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC , Franklin, WI are ALL nothing but Bad News to the concrete industry, the home improvement industry and all contractors in general. There are thousands of great contractors out there this company, the husband and wife, are not any of them and should be avoided and not even considered for any work at all. TONY and TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC started my job in August or 2012 and to date he has never finished or returned as promised over and over to repair the terrible work that was done by his crew. The list of problems with the owner, the company and the work is a long one but, to start, the slab he poured in the attached garage is pitched so that water runs into the garage causing water damage to my home. (Paid to have that corrected and repaired.) There is nothing holding up the garage door threshold except a couple wooden shims so water runs in under that door along with anything else that wants to come in. (Corrected and repair by me) There are literally hundreds of stone pops in just one small area alone, the saw lines started crumbling while he was cutting them and still on the job and he said he would redo that work but never did. Two of the three areas of the work that needed permits to be pulled had no permits and the work was not done to code. When confronted with this he said "what they don't know would not hurt them." I did a snow removal contract with him that winter as the new concrete needed to be babied according to Tony. The contract called for ALL SNOW AND ICE TO BE REMOVED any time it snowed.

I came home after weeks away only to find the drive covered with both snow and ice and when I called him, the reply was " No One Else is Complaining." I don't know what was in other contracts, I only know mine said all snow and ice would be removed EVERY TIME IT SNOWED. This snow and ice was weeks old. Later that winter I received a call from a neighbor when I was out of town again stating Tony was plowing the drive with a truck when his contract called for snow to be hand shoveled with plastic shovels. If you go to the STATE OF WISCONSIN CIRCUIT COURT web site and look for TONY TOMASINO, his wife Mary Beth Tomasino and also his company TONY'S CONCRETE SERVICE, LLC, you will see plenty of reasons under all searches why not to hire this guy and his company. There are a total of 30 LAW SUITS to date from Clients, his own Attorney, Grocery Stores, Banks, Harley Davidson, Loan Companies, Dept of Rev. and his Concrete Suppliers just to name a few.

The people that have sued have never collected a dime even after winning their cases. TONY has gone to Angie's List and had his company's name removed in the year 2012. After not replying to the BBB complaint for months, Tony reopened the complaint which causes it to be removed from their web site while it is pending. BBB Rates this company D on the A,B,C,D, F scale. Tony reopened the complaint as he was losing business with this report on the web site, same problem as with Angie's List. Still, a copy can be seen at the Rip Off Report site along with his employee problems posted there by unpaid help. This guy and his company are nothing but bad news for myself and others as you can see from the state site and he and his company should be avoided. Look elsewhere!! YELLOWBOT has his company rated 2 of 5 stars and uses search tags there, #BADCHECKWRITERS. Somehow I missed all his problems and his history when doing my homework. the sub you said was paid, I just got off the phone with him. He said he HAS NOT BEEN PAID. the home owner(YOUR CUSTOMER) paid him some money so he would take the lein off his property. you are a liar! I'm sure I'll find out more of your lies when I call the state to find out if you finally ponied up the money you owe me. and yes it was two checks that bounced, do you think I dont keep contact with these people? you should just hang it up your lies are becoming more transparent. it was more than just me there when tony told us to pack up the shop, i was the only one who stuck around to do it. that was my fault for not bailing on that task. and for my unemployment over payment, my tax return will have that payed up this year. what will you have to say then, i wonder. at least I'm not ripping off every employee I ever had. and I did say I hoped the cancer kills your husband, and I meant it. that doesnt make it a threat.and if you can show me proof that I ever threatend your life I'll kiss a bull a**, that never happened and thats why you gave up on your laughable restraining oreder. my attorney was the one who told me to dodge your process server.

AND I also meant it when I said, I will do evrything in my power to make people known to your companys misdeads. and as for the homeowner with the cracked slab, your right I was the one who did the work, only after three people told tony it should have been stone,NOT MUD. his response was that stone was too expensive. even his buddy walter told him so and johnny, there was a claim made I have documents to proove it, and I do have rights to it because it was my sworn statement to the adjuster, and my name on the police report. how about this one, the homeowner said he had video footage, but tony didnt want to see it. why wouldnt he want to find out who was in his trailer, my guess is that he had planned it out long before the saw showed up missing. and if I was going to steal a saw I would steal one that was in better condition, one that wasnt falling apart every time it was used, one that had more than a 6 inch pull cord, one that( and this is the best part) shut off by the shut off switch instead of pulling the choke and laying it on its side until it choked itself out, in other words that saw was a pile of garbage, an idoit could see it wasnt worth spit. see, I do talk to the other four people you have cheated out of wages, and a few of the home owners you shafted with your corner cutting......you dont answer their phone calls as if its a magik trick and they will simply go away. your problem now is you screwed me and I wont go away, I'll die trying to desroy tonys concrete services before I give up, and all your responses are looking more and more like desperation to save your buisnesses reputation that you have work so hard to tarnish.it's funny to me how I'm such a loser but the more I post the more people come out and respond to them. did you know I work with someone you screwed? how are the gutters? John and Mary would like their money too, I guess that brings the tally up toten people on my list of people you have ripped off, but I'm a criminal for owing some unemployment back. if that was such a big deal I'm sure they would be coming after me like they're coming after you.

 oh and I have a job, a better one than you had to offer, I had it all along, before I quit your lame little company it pays better, and it pays its time and a half on overtime like state law states....hows that paper work for the state comin?

Your unemployment fraud is 3000.00, far cry from being overpaid, you did that intentially using the system, thats over three months of claiming at the full weekly benefit rate.  Kinda sucks you cant claim unemployment hey! As for your unexperience opinion you poured and finished the job that cracked, and WHY didnt the owner contact us? Interesting that its only you claimng this. FYI no lein filed either and sub was paid.  Another story that your telling? Never bouced two of your checks, never filed a claim with our insurance, guess your the owner of that saw. Cant prove that..well played!! As for our insurance company, they never provided you other information, your not a policy holder, so get that straight. Another item in your plan, packing up the shop on your own, by yourself, good pickings, got caught when you thought no one would be there. Surprise! Your pathetic, you took that opportunity while Tony was in the hospital having his chemo. Basically you took the opportunity of his illness all 6 months. Even to the point of pushing to fire another, you hated him, you wanted him gone. You then hated another employee, pushed and pushed.

none of that give you the right to bounce payroll checks, just plain not pay people their last check, two to be exact, two others bounced. I have YOUR customers calling me and asking why his brand new garage floor cracked, this same job you still havent paid the sub contractor, oh and by the way if this guy sues you I will be a witness for him as well, I know sub par materials were used there. I argued with tony about back filling with MUD, not stone these are the kinds of things that will bring you down!say what you want about me, I got nothing to hide. yep I owe unemployment money for overpayments, the only reason there is no fraud on your part is because after I clued your insurance company onto what you were up to you withdrew the claim.....well played.you should see all the emails I have recieved from cl about you people. your just pissed cuz the cat is outa the bag. and would like to help Nathan out. If You are looking for a company with integrity then this is Not the company for You. If You are looking for a company that is professional and executes there work to excellence then again this is Not the company for You.
Tony does mediocre work. The unfortunate part is you won't notice until it's to late. Suddenly one day, for example, you go down to your basement ... Read more and see all the water coming down. When You go an analyze the situation outside you then see it. All the concrete is pitched into the house when in fact You hired Tony Tomasino to tear out all the concrete and pitch it away from the house.
I did take Tony to court and was awarded almost $7100. Just because You win...doesn't mean one will get it. Tony refuses to pay, so I have a lien on his home. Please feel free to check the Milwaukee Circuit Courts to verify.

I have had several of Tony's customers contact. It's a long process to try and get your money and if I get it...then there will be many others following suit.

First off your not a consumer/never were provided services and using Rip off, CL  as a social media for your own personal issues you were only a finisher with a plan. Which when I read in their terms, isn’t to your advantage now.

 As for “this guy” he wasn’t fired, laid off to be exact and the reasons why is just a part of it, none of your concern nor should you post anything of that. Oh brings to mind you wanted him gone and feared working with him and walked off a job ! However, the one who quit quit everyday according to you. Thats two you pushed this year away Again, none of your concern nor business as to why he quit.

Now you put your two weeks in because you found another job that was all year not seasonal. That was your reason. However truly interesting how a concrete saw disappears after you put your two weeks in, then decide to pack up the shop when you were not authorized to do so, when the owner in the hospital, and another employee caught you there when you thought nobody would be in the shop.

FYI, in what you say on lawsuits owes money, well that’s another area you have no clue- you were not employed with us three years ago, have no history on the case, what the reason are, no knowledge of what it is all about.  Repeating this again, none of your business.
