I am a Mortgage Broker in New York, I submitted Files to Andy Sabo, with Top 10 Funding he claimed to be Direct Lender, and he is not licensed, and said he does not collect upfront fees, But at the last minute requested upfront fees.He later circumvented me and tried to cut our Firm out. He has scammed many of clients and will scam you. BEWARE!!

I am in Honolulu. I don't know any mortgage brokers in New York.

- We have never taken upfront fees from anyone.
- I have never claimed to be a direct lender. We are brokers.
