I was the President of Top Talent in Logistics.  During 2014, a high level manager left the company with a few employees, stole company documentation, trade secrets and confidential information and proceeded to open a competing firm in violation of their non-compete agreements.  This former manager and the employees left behind bad placements and chaos in their wake. The mess they created required the company to refund over $100,000 in fees. Top Talent in Logistics filed suit in Hamilton County, Indiana against this new company, the former high level manager and all of the employees.  This case is a matter of public record.  Portions of the suit argued that these individuals, with malicious intent, reported false information on Ripoff Report and Glassdoor.  Depositions made during this lawsuit confirmed Top Talent in Logistics' claim as two of the defendants admitted to posting derogatory remarks on the web after being asked by the former high level manager to do so.   Settlement of the suit is occurring and part of that settlement is requiring the removal of the erroneous information from these sites.  Top Talent in Logistics ceased operations in January of 2015.

This report was filed by a former employee who violated his non-compete agreement with Top Talent and set up a competing firm. This executive has used unfounded, slanderous remarks to try and destroy the credibility of Top Talent in order to build his own company and further his own agenda.  His statements have absolutely no merit and he currently has litigation pending against him and his company by Top Talent for numerous false statements such as the ones included in this report.
