I purchased this after hearing the ad in the radio. They suggest numerous educational tapes which I realized after they arrived, I will never listen.
I called immediately and was instructed to send them back. I did everything they asked me to do, but they now say the address sent it, is no longer their address. I have a certified receipt in my hands and have acceptance signature, but they claim they never received it and that is a reason why I am not eligible for my refund. They tapes I sent back in January, the same thing. I have a tracking number but, again, I will not get my $200 refund, because even with a tracking number and proof of delivery, they claim they did not get it!!
What a DISHONEST, unscrupulous business practice!!!!!! Some one please do something to stop this idiots from robbing people!!!
