On 02-13-2013 I took my car to Transmission Specialist to have my tranmission service, yet to be informed by Rick, the Mgr, and his worker that I had metal in my tranmission and that I would need tht part replaced. My car was running great prior to me taking it to them.with a special need, I can be without a car.  I was informed that if the repairs are not done, tht my transmissioncould go out, I had the repairs done to have my car running worst them it ever had, I returned the car yet  to be told that I now had an electric problem and I would need to pay another $286.20 to replace the transmission rocessor.  Being that I am a single parent, new in town, and have a child  I had to get a rental car for a 2nd time.  When I picked my car up,
less as soon as I left their place of business, my car started idling so high, the car was scaring me.  I called them to advised of the problem and told that oh, it ok, just drive it and on your off day bring it back. I took it back the next day.  I was called 2 days later to come and pick up my car, that it was ready. I picked it up and yet to have the problem still there.  I took it back for the 3rd time and advised that I do not have anymore money and I want my car fixed.  They advised oh to leave it and we will pay for the  rental since I had a death in my family.  I was advised a few days later that I they can not fix my car and they gave me $105 to cover part of the rental car.  I advised them that I want my money back. I was told they did all they could.  My car was not running at the bottom level like  it was running.  I am a person who have my car service on a
regular. And it was only after I informed them I do not have any other funds did they take a very, very low stand.  I was informed by their own employee, they get sued all the time.  I was advised, they run this scam on a lot of their consumers
who come in for repairs and somehow they always win.  I find that to be very dishearting at spending $2194.77 of hard earned money.  I was advised to ask for my money back, just maybe they will.  I was given my keys and walked to the door.  On my way out, I found it very strange, they were advising another consumer of the same problem, metal in the transmission pan, Rick along with the same little worker was on the scam hunt once again.  Something has to be done.  I only want my money back.  They messed up my car so bad that I was forced to get another car so that I would have reliable transportation once again to be able to keep my job and take car of my daughter.  I am a business women and would have much more respect for Rick and transmission specialist even it they would have given me of my funds back.  What has happen to excellent customer service??? How many more consumers are gonna have to feel the pain in the pocket as I have.  I believe in my heart that I was taken full advantage of.

My first experience being new to Las Vegas is horrorable.  I pray this is not a sign that I relocated my daughter and myself to the wrong place, when no cares about being honest.  Something has to be done and now.  I just moved to Las Vegas, and I'm shocked of the lack of customer service from Transmission Specialist.  I had to trade my car in for one  that work and now have to make car paments that I did not want to do.  They must be stopped so that this does not happen again.

Thanking you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

Sincerely,

Ruthie , N. Las Vegas, Nevada
