This is a travel club scam.  They travel to various hotels and set up presentations.  Great pitch .  Don't pay any money as you can get same services for $50 rather than thousands they want.  Website is new.  I claimed thru Mastercard.  Didn't incur any costs.

This complaint makes no sense to me

First I'd want to know if the person making a complaint actually used their rewards. They offer a mini vacation of 3 or 4 days plus a $100 dining certificate good for many local restaurants. Overall, I'd say it's worth about $400 minimally.

What do you give for this?

You attend a sales meeting for 90 minutes with your mate or significant other. You don't buy anything or sign anything.

The complainer indicated that he could get the rewards for $50. I question that, since one of the rewards is the $100 dining certificate.

Did the complainer actually go on one of those vacations or dine at one of those restaurants? He says nothing about that. He just puts out vitriol.
