The Texas Real Estate Commission allows convicted FELON Casi Fricks license #592712 to have a Real Estate License in Texas.
Casi Fricks apparently lied on her application to obtain a license. I suspect she did not put her maiden name on her application "Casi Gale Whietli" and was able to slip through the system. Well that would make since however, she was convicted of several other crimes as well with her married name "Fricks".
She was on probation for Theft while she used her license to conduct real estate transactions. Her broker James "Jim" Crawford Leslie, license #415894 was warned countless times via email reminding himhe was responsible for her reckless and unethical behavior. He refused to carry out his duties as a licensed broker.
TREC you must make this WRONG....RIGHT!!! and use your authority to seek criminal charges against Casi Friscks for not disclosing her criminal record on her application.
TREC Enforcement you may simply "GOOGLE" her name and see her criminal record and also see her admission of obvious breaches of her fiduciary.
I am certain she pulled a fast one one TREC but I am confident they will correct this injustice.

Guidelines for acquiring a lincense in Texas.
Fingerprinting for a criminal background check before application is approved. Fingerprints are run through the law enforcement agencies so if anyone has any arrest big or small TREC will know. No one would be approved with a felony conviction.
