I placed an order for 2 items online with this company and after several days i recieved an email saying the items were out of stock. the websited showed 999 and 997 of the items i chose available. when i placed multiple phone calls. all were sent to a voicemail and never returned. I contact them by email and was given a vague explanation. After a few more days i asked to cancel the order by email. I received a rude email from jeff beach stating that i apparently had not noticed the large red scrolling letters on the website which state how long shipping times are. well, the red scrolling letters are in fact very small. they state 5-7 business days. BY this point, we were already at 9 business days. I demanded a refund.

on may 9th, jeff claimed my order was canceled and a refund was issued. Days later after no refund, i contacted jeff again explaining the situation. all he would say was that a refund was issued and it was not his problem. when i asked him for evidence of this, nothing was provided. finally on may 13 i received his paypal report showing that a refund was not issued till the 13th but was pending. after days of waiting and arguing with jeff beach, nothing was resolved. i recieved 2 emails from paypal stating the payment didnt not clear from the senders bank. i filed a dispute with paypal which is still under investigation. meanwhile, jeff beach still has yet to take any steps to rectify this problem. he insists paypal made a mistake.

no apology has ever been made. no efforts to satisfy a customer. jeff beach lies to potential customer.

do not do business with this company. all of the previous reports are very similar to my experience with the compnay.

I repeat PAYPAL HAS TOLD ME ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THAT THE PROBLEM IS WITH YOUR BANK DECLINING PAYMENT

Dance around the truth all you want and kep placing the blame on anyone but yourself. 

We are consumers, we have money. Treat us right and we will but things from you.

Write this down and tape it to your computer

"sir/maam, we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our service. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We value you as our customer and are prepared to take necessary steps to rectify this problem"

Take care of your customers. Don't treat them like someone who just broke into your house.

You don't have to like us. Complain about us all you want outside of work. When it comes to doing business with us, make us feel appreciated even if were not.

This is common sense

You can blame this on paypal all you want. You do not represent them. I will goto them for their advice. I dont need you to tell me what you think paypal is doing. I have talked to them directly multiple times. I will take their word over yours in a heartbeat. I have yet treated rudely by them or to catch them in a lie

Pay Pal has a Buyer Protection Program

You paid with Pay Pal, if you are having an issue with your refund you need to contact them. They have processes in place, they have a Buyer and Seller Protection Program. Again, quit making false accusations about our company that are not true. You paid with Pay Pal and if you are having an issue with your refund through Pay Pal you need to call Pay Pal and deal directly with Pay Pal.

No my issue is not with paypal. As i told you multiple times already, I have been in direct contact with them and each time they claimed that your bank declined payment due to a lack of funds. 

For anyone else reading this, the gentleman, and i use the term loosely, is well aware of this. I have been having an ongoing email conversation with him since this issue began. He plays stupid and says the same thing over and over, suggesting i contact paypal when he already knows i have filed a dispute with paypal and i have informed him of any and every communication that has taken place between me and paypal, yet he still plays stupid and tells me to contaact paypal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JEFF BEACH AND TRI NORTH LIGHTING. notice how all the complaints against this company are all so similiar. there are 32 negative complains against tri north on the better business bureau website and he has a rating of D-. Id say they are being a tad too generous with that rating.

Jeff Beach, You are a LIAR and a CHEAT. It comes as no surprise to me that you filed a rebutle here in less than 24 hours after i filed my report. I imagine responding to negative reports about your company must occupy all of your time and prevent you from shipping products on time or issuing refunds. it all makes sense to me now.

The issue is with Pay Pal, not our company.

 This transaction was refunded through Pay Pal, if you are having an issue with Pay Pal not refunding you, then you need to contact Pay Pal directly. This has nothing to do what so ever with our company and Pay Pal has a system set up for disputes and issues such as these. Your order was cancelled and refunded as soon as you requested to our company, we refunded the money through Pay Pal and if you have an issue with Pay Pal refunding you, then you can contact Pay Pal or your credit card company.
