I was browsing Ripoff Report and found that a report had been filed on the same company by Cross from South Carolina on June 30, 2005.

I was surfing the web looking for a company to help me build a online business. After signing up with Triad Media, I received a call from one of there hook and line executives. They talked to both my husband and I and promised that we would have all kinds of help and support on our quest to start our website and business.

The advertisement also stated that you did not have to have computer experience and it was guaranteed that they would help us and that no matter what we would at least make our original investment back. After they collected the original 5880.00 that it took to start the business.

I have been working daily doing the best I can and seeing no results. I originally received 4 coaching sessions, and was repeatedly asked to sign up for webinars. I explained to them that I was on the west coast and that I worked an 8 hr day and that the webinars were not at times that I could attend. I was directed to there Vianet training and recorded webinars.

It has become increasingly difficult to contact this company and get any one to help me with any problems I may have. They are now migrating to web 2.0 and after signing up 4 times for telephone calls that never happened. I got the attention of one of the web analysts by signing up for every hour on the hour. He only canceled and was very rude. I was then told that it would cost additional monies from 100.00 to 375.00 depending on how much help I needed to migrate to 2.0.

My frustrations continue to grow with this company. If I had not known a little about computers I would be worse off than I am. When I try to contact anyone I am always passed off or told that it is the wrong department and that they will tell someone and if I don't receive a call in two hours to call back. Frankly I have a life and after waiting several times and no calls I get very frustrated.

It is almost one year later and they get more and more difficult to contact and I have yet to make a dollar.
