One day my wife decided to get these fat burning pills, Ultra P/M, from Ultra Life Fitness. It was suppose to be a free trial.

I'm kind of funny about taking stuff like this and told her not to use them. About a month later we received another bottle of the pills with an additional charge of $44 and some odd cents.

We were confused and called Ultra Life Fitness. They notified us that the terms & conditions (which my wife should have looked at!) stated that they would continue sending pills unless we notified them.

She cancelled, but another bottle was already in process, so when we received it, I sent it back with 'return to sender' on the package.

Today I called Ultra Life & spoke to David Johns about a refund of the $44. He explained that returns are not accepted because of safety concerns, which I agree with for this type of stuff. Would you want to take pills that someone else had received? Not me.

Anyways, he was very nice and helpful. He did refund my final payment on the basis I would notify you about this whole thing.

Ultra Life Fitness is not at fault in this whole mix up that we went through and most likely yours either if you went through this.

When signing up for your free sample, you accept the terms & conditions, just like so many others things you sign up for. In those terms & conditions, it states that they will assume you want to continue receiving pills unless you notify them differently.

It may not seem fair, but take this as a lesson to read what you are accepting, whether that be terms & conditions of internet sign ups or signing any other written contracts.

Ultra Life was very understanding in our mistake and was helpful to resolve it. They are committed to having happy customers.

Unbelievable!

AUTHOR: Larenda - (U.S.A.)

Me and many others only wish that it could happen this way! The is about as far opposite as to what happened to me as it could be. I tried to contact these people many times only to be treated
rude and unprofessional.

You can't help but wonder if this guy wasn't a buddy or even yet paid to say these things.

Oh that life at UltraLife Fitness was only this beautiful!
