An order was placed on Amazon.com for a product sold by UnbeatableSale.com. An email confirmation was immediately sent to me. Within 5 minutes, I contacted UnbeatableSale.com and asked them to cancel the order. They refused! They flat out refused to cancel the sale. They stated that "the orders are shipped right away" which is also a lie. The order wasn't even shipped out for days later. I refused the delivery, and UnbeatableSale.com had the audacity to charge me shipping fees and a 25% restocking fee. This is a horrible, horrible company to deal with. Every time you email them, you get a form letter in response. I filed a complaint with the BBB, as well as disputed the charge with my credit card company. Now I will make sure everyone knows what a terrible company this is. Do not give them your business!
