United Truck Group sweet talk rip off giving me a lemon to suck on instead of a sweet ride Gulfport, Mississippi

American Truck Showroom treated me like family, my truck had a few issues but my csr and the company made each item right one of the issues was even past my 30 day mark yet they still honored the warranty, paid for my travel and fed myself and my brother while we were here! as a 22 year vetran I have the read and seen many of these complaints against this company,

Are there bugs in the system yes are they working with us yes, I have a 2008 volvo 780 that I love and I recognize these are used trucks that will have issues but again they have made the problems right at great exspense to them 25,000 just in the motor not a dime came out of my pocket or my brothers!
   They were honest fair and treated us well we experienced none of the things alleged by others just thought it should be said the fact is they do not hide they are used high milage trucks, nor do they hide they may need items replaced or fixed, as when buying a car you need to check! but when you find anything wrong as in my case they fixed it before I left the lot at no charge.

I have been an advocate for our industry for 15 years, I run a successful childrens charity for children run by truckers, I would never allow anyone to hurt myself or fellow drivers , if it had happened to me I would surely tell the world, but it did not and our experience was great.

First ask yourself, would you trust a person that kept changing their name? Probably not. Your first thought would be "this person has something to hide!" So why would you trust a company that does the same thing? Common sense will take you far. This place has changed their name nearly half a dozen times. If that DOESNT send up a red flag, then you deserve what you get....

What information I was blown away to see that this scam artist is truly getting away with such crap under the attorney general nose shame shame they continue to rip people off changing a name delays the process of finding them but if an attorney is looking at this and other complaints against this company man or whatever maybe we can join forces and do a class action law suit against them I am out 90,000.00 total cost repairs everything I want my money back of course I think they know someone at the BBB cause with proof and disregard on their part I should have gotten some kind of justice but didn't I feel a class action suit will get justice for all whom bought a lemon from them no one deserve to have their money stolen by crook's justice will pre veil for people like me that was taken advantage of

This company run by Louis J Normand, Jr that rents overly priced poorly maintained junk in Gulfport, Mississippi only to repo it a couple months later after it has broken down is the same scam company it has always been but just under a different name for obvious reasons.
