The first thing to remember with these scam artists is that you cannot go to jail for not being able to repay a loan. If one borrowed the money never intending to repay it that's a different story but these people are predators in the worst sense of the word. I they are harassing you call the FTC and take a look at this

Predatory loans are also illegal in many states, these people are the worst of the worst, do not let them scare you. They are in
business to get your bank account numbers and then attempt to overdraft you. It is not even about making the initial loan its about the fees they try to pile on. Do not let them intimidate you.
