Along with the other people that have filled a report against these companies, my dispute is similar. Agreed to a $1 charge in Dec. for unlimitedmusicdownloads.com. A very subtle box above the $1 dollar charge states, 48 months. A $48 dollar charge was assessed to my account for not canceling within 1 month of trial.

I was never provided any contract, nor was I able to get in touch with unlimitedmusicdownload.com by email or by phone to cancel. Then was assessed a $79.95 for Jan. and Feb. This charge was for some company called NEW HEALTHY SAVINGS, a vitamin-medicine company. Funny how they correlate music downloads to vitamins. I called the company in New York @646-495-8107. There you will talk to a variety of people that state that they will refund the $79.95 charges, however they will not give back the $48 dollar charge from unlimitedmusicdownloads.com. Then you may recieve an email for support.

The email is support@newhealthysavings.com. They will tell you what you agreed to, the terms and conditions of the agreement and that they will not issue refunds based on a security issue. The next alternative is to contact your bank or credit card to file a grievance or canel a your debit or check card. These companies are relying on banks or credit card companies to give us our money back.

It is our responsibility to not let this slide. File a grievance with the better business bureau of the State Attorneys Office wherever you live. These companies will not get away with fraud like this, however it is our responsibiltiy to not let these incidences slide. Lets get these fraudulant companies out of business and get these people in jail.
