Real Estate Investment Network luring unsuspecting Real Estate Investors in with Renatus Education, just to make deals with them and rip them off in the deals.  

 

James Leis, previous student of Nouveau Riche that ripped hundreds of people of of as much as $20,000.00.   Now on the Founders Advisory Board of My Renatus (formerly known as Nouveau Riche) and founder of UWIN.  James W. (Jazz) Dexter, Director of Operations, employee and Team Leader for UWIN.  Ed Cathcart, Co-Founder of UWIN, Owner of American Dream Works Realty all give fraudulent testimonies to potential Renatus Real Estate Students in order to lure them into the group and sell them Real Estate Education to make a hefty commission in the double digit thousands.  

 

They steal commissions away from other Renatus Students (IMA's) constantly.  They are masters at manipulating people.  They give sales classes on how to manipulate people. 

 

The dynamic trip have a very definite, well mapped out processes they use in order to lure innocent victims into the group & get into their pocket book.  Watch out!

 

Makes exceptions to all the rules to only benefit James Leis, Jazz Dexter and Edward Cathcart.

 

Worki in unison to committed fraud, blackmail and extortion on members. 

 

Ed Cathcart is facing legal claims against his California real estate license for blackmaila and extortion.

 

Jazz Dexter committed Fraud, Blackmail and Extortion.

Charlotte Kyle with Lincoln Creek Builders, manta.com/c/mtqjjq4/lincoln-creek-builders-inc or http://www.lhbinc.net, is the original author of this report. She was a student of the same education as myself, Jazz, and many others since 9/11/2006 and had more than ample education and acquired knowledge to know how to evaluate investments. She partnered in acquiring 2 properties with local independent investors who were also educated by the same program. The 1st one she bought on 8/30/2012 for $184,900 (2361 20th Ave), that she is selling now for $575,000.  The other property was purchase on 9/7/2012 for $93,480 (2381 American Ave) and sold on 7/3/2013 for $175,000.  This is the property where she claims there was no profits due to the HIGH Rehab costs that were done by Lincoln Creek Builders.

I was not involved in either of these investments directly, however, from the numbers I was able to calculate after the fact, it appears that Charlotte Kyle did indeed profit from these. As far as I know, she is a part of Lincoln Creek Builders, who did the rehab so she should have had the knowledge of what these costs were prior to purchasing the property.  The main issue is she claimed that she never entered a partnership with Jazz on American Ave.  Unfortunately, he did not have a signed contract since she was a trusted investor partner within the community.  When he confronted her to determine profit split he couldn’t prove to be a partner, as there was no partnership agreement signed, before closing.  In this report, she posted anonymously these inaccurate statements and I am writing this since she is making libelous comments against all of us. Charlotte Kyle is hiding the Truth and she isn’t a person that I would refer to other investors or clients to do business with.

The comment about stealing commissions, I never enrolled Charlotte Kyle and I wish we had never crossed paths, as our entire group has become the victim of her outrageous lies.
