Unsecured Business Funding SCAM, Internet

On or about July 5, 2012 my Daughter-in-law went on line and applied for a bunesness loan.  She was told that she would have to pay a $249 processing fee UPFRONT.  She called me and asked if I would loan her the money.  She told me that UNSECURED BUSINESS FUNDING would refund the $249.00 if they could not find a lender.  I gave her my credit card and on July 5, 2012 this company withdrew the $249.00.  She was later informed that her application was denied. 

When I went on line to pay my credit card bill I noticed that the $249.00 had not been refunded.  When I called their office I was told that since my name was not on the application they could not give me any information.  When my daughter-in-law called, they told her that she did not send back the denial notice.  She had the young lady fax her the notice to which she signed and faxed right back.  For the past 5 months UNSECURED BUSINESS FUNDING has kept my money. 

Each month my daughter-in-law has called and been given every excuse in the book as to why the company has not refunded the $249.  Yesterday I went on line to their web site and funny thing...it read Small Business Loans Approved in 48 hours.  APPLY for FREE in under 2 minutes.  FREE so where does the $249.00 come in???  Although when I printed out this page the list of endorsers and lending companies did not print, I wrote each name down.  I intend to sit down and write not only the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU about this FRAUD, but the companies listed as well. 

Maybe if all of us do this the endorsers and lending companies will no longer do business with UNSECURED BUSINESS FUNDING.   I doubt that UNSECURED BUSINESS FUNDING will refund us our money back...unless you get a good lawyer...but if they don't have the backing to run their company they will be forced out of business.  To all of YOU who have fallen for this SCAM Good luck in finding a company that will help.  God be with you and prays for a better year ahead.  I also noticed that my credit card statement has a different address and phone number.  No city was listed just a ZIP CODE.
