We are an independent research agency, aligned with various reporting agencies (including Ripoff Report), oriented toward ridding the world of deceptive, inappropriate business practices. Ideally, making the business world more ethical.

Based on a background check and interviews with his previous associates and business affiliates from the past several years, Michael Besson is someone who cannot be trusted. He has deceived many people and organizations, convincing them that he is a viable strategic resource. A background check disproved his statements of previous company successes. Public records indicate tax evasion, and financial distress.

Throughout our numerous conversations with various people, the words “unstable, irrational, inconsistent, self-serving, con man, and scoundrel” were used to describe Mr. Besson. He uses other people to make himself look good, taking advantage of them and their capabilities.

He comes across as confident and convincing, but behind the scenes he is conniving and is oriented toward his selfish interests, conning people out of their money. He strikes friendships, prays upon peoples' good nature, taking advantage of them for his own personal benefit.

He’s really good at spouting extensive rhetoric, hoping to drown the truth with volumes of information, focused on making up stories and convincing people that they are true. He uses Christianity as a façade and a ploy to snare trustworthy people into his con.

In summary, steer clear of Michael Besson. He is not above board, nor is he a viable contributor toward ethical business.

Dear Reader:

This post is SO AWESOME for so many reasons but more on why that is later in this post.

Like most real business professionals, I haven't  looked or logged onto these kind of sites in years since their credibility was shot long ago. This is pretty amusing stuff as a friend just brought it to my attention.

Virtually every professional business person I know gave up on these tabloid sites. For the most part, only people unaware of their true meaning (slander and gossip) petty people or business novices use them today..

That said - I'm happy to share my thoughts for those of you new to this!
Business education is what I do best.

Unfortunately, this guy is cyber-stalking 8 others besides me with these posts and they asked me to post this. They've been in and out of court with this guy so this is for them not me. Frankly I would really prefer to not respond because it helps my firm get so much more business when this guy posts things about my name.

Here's why ITS SO AWESOME and why smart business people typically never respond to tabloid sites. First, virtually no one but Honey Boo Boo people believe online tabloids or write on these things and since we don't do business with Honey Boo Boo people, why bother.

In fact every time this guy posts these lies under new fake names, we get more business. Why? Because all the amazing true things online about what we really do move up on Google page ranks too - and we get more business from intelligent business people needing our services.

So if you happen to be a legitimate business person looking me up and don't know these sites are based in fraud, lies and liable issues - here's where you go for truth.

So here we have Hundreds of REAL people with REAL names on LinkedIn versus one lost soul on a National Enquirer-like site that writes under different alias names and email addresses.  

You decide who's real here and who's disturbed / delusional.

So this response post is for the other 8 people that want to sue this guy and not me. You see they're offering $10K for helping them finish the law suit work they've started. (Read on for the $10K reward they're offering you)

The reason you shouldn't care when people write things like this is only people that don't understand the reality of online slander go to sites like this to start with - and professionals typically only work with other professionals. In other words, grownups don't have time for this stuff.

Real business people in 2015 and beyond know sites like RipOFF Report etc. are just petty people's versions of the National Enquirer today. These sites means nothing to anyone other than business novices and petty people.

It's gotten so bad that even Google refuses to advertise on this site now.

As for the facts? There are none here, sorry. Of course facts don't matter here.

You see when you're truly lost in a meaningless life, you waste time doing stuff like this to others. It gives these sad people a false sense of power, but of course it's just a delusion.

I don't think the person that writes this knows what delusion means so here it is. I thought it might help us all to better understand this condition so I copied it for all to see:

de·lu·sion;  It's a false belief or impression that is firmly maintained despite being contradicted by what is generally accepted as reality or rational argument, typically it's a SYMPTOM OF A MENTAL DISORDER.

As you can see - reality doesn't matter to the delusional.

It doesn't matter that it's not true, or that the number of kids I have is wrong here, the marriages are wrong here, the business issues are wrong, that I've never met a client in that church in my life, where I live is wrong or even the fact that I haven't attended that church in FOURTEEN YEARS is wrong........

BTW - Since I haven't attended that church in 14 years I called them to catch up on life and they're wonderful people who love me dearly.  They said if anyone had any questions about me to give you their number. Today, any angry bitter ex-husband - ex-wife - screw-ball ex client - old employee - or deranged sad soul can write anything today under a false name.

That's why only business novices or people with no meaning in life value sites like this anymore. It would be funny if it were not so sad for the people that waste their time and life here.

THAT SAID - you may need an extra $10K (I don't, yet another myth here) and this cyber stalker has really angered everyone but me, so here's the deal.

They're willing to pay you $10K for his IP address, email name and his name (which they already know) following to the successful outcome of the lawsuit they pursing against him.  Again I could care less, and I have declined to join them in that law suit.

I choose to love and forgive this poor lost soul but I do care about these other 8 people so make some money for yourself  here, why not?

It's pretty simple, if you want to collect $10K reward after the settlement just copy then submit his IP address, email address and his name to this page FOR ALL TO SEE and they're going to take it from there. Upon successful prosecution for the liable case they're filing - they've all agreed to pay you $10K. (You'll need to also include your email for the law firm to follow up with you.)

Since they're all very successful people, they're going to donate the judgment dollars and just post the judgment everywhere with his name for all to see.

They don't even want the money. I've told them this does nothing but help people find you more on the internet which leads to more business but that's what they want to do, so whatever.

As for me and all of you who care so much about me - thank you. Dozens of you have asked my permission to write the truth about me here AND my answer is the same. Don't waste your time, these sites don't matter to real business people or the kind of people you want in your real life.

Just please pray for this poor lost young man as I could care less what he writes, but he needs real help.  He's a very troubled man and needs your prayers to find God or something. I honestly just feel so sorry for this guy.

It there is some specific evidence supporting your claims I would like to know about it.

Regrettably, after over one year of giving this no attention, I am breaking my silence. This is Michael Besson and I have this long to address this because I was advised against it from some very wise mentors a long time ago. They are still right. No one worth caring about takes info like this seriously.

I am having a birthday today that I did not know if I would make. THE ONLY reason I am writing this now is that there is a reasonable chance that the health challenges I have right now could end my life in the near future. I am undergoing 2 to 6 hours a day of medical treatments to stop that from happening but since its possible, I feel compelled to write this for my kids if nothing else. I have 7 beautiful children and a wife that would be left behind if that were to occur. They need to know how to handle this kind of crazy stuff if it happens to them. My wife already read this long ago and knows better from the countless lives she's seen me touch in a positive way through my work. But there are children in my life. They are the greatest blessing that I have ever had in this life and they need to see how to handle this.

The anonymous people that write stuff like this about others ought to feel a great sense of shame, but when you go negative, you get numbed to your own good conscience. Instead of beating them back down to size with what I know about them and giving them any kind of like negative energy, I want my kids to know better.

I want them to know how to love people that try to hurt you like this should an issue like this ever arise in their lives. Just let it go and let your actions tell the real story of your life.

I want to start off with the fact that we live at a very interesting and cynical time. Malicious false gossip has become what many believe to be real news on virtually every medium especially TV. It's everywhere and it is a sign of the times we live in. Facts mean nothing. Hatred and gossip mean everything. Things like this tickle our ears in a very dark way and yet we cannot get enough of it. When it comes to the internet anyone in the world wanting to write false allegations about YOU OR ME can and does (thanks to the sad condition of life today) Sadly, this kind of horrible slander can live longer than the person they are writing about. That's the age we live in people!

They can lie about you, then go to bed and think nothing about it at all. I will not dignify this kind of false rhetoric with a response but I will share my real life for those that may not know and for some reason ended up here to find out more about me. The question beckons though, why would you be looking for truth in a place like this?

Anyway, here's the facts, I have the same web site and contact information since the mid 90's, so anyone that was looking for me could find me in 30 seconds of legitimate research. In addition I have been on radio, TV, written about in newspapers all over the place and head up a lay ministry in one of the largest Christian churches in Las Vegas. So much for disappearing acts. BTW, being a Christian doesn't mean you're prefect, it means you know you're not and you trust in the name of Jesus Christ to make that right for you then do your very best to follow Him. That too is not very complicated.
I'm in tough business and there are times that people end up not liking the guy that reengineers companies. Out of hundreds of clients I have had the privilege of serving; I can count on one hand the ones that ended badly. That's life get over it. I have. I have them on SPAM email when they write me because everyone who's done anything in life worth noting has detractors.

In my career, I help people for a living. I help them in business and I help them with their private lives. I have helped hundreds of life coaching and corporate clients over the last 18 years and not a one is from New Mexico according to my data base. People that say slanderous lies on the net have no choice but to lie about who they are. If they tell the truth about whom they are they would be sued for this behavior and lose when the truth is presented in a court of law. Sadly these two have no assets so you couldn't sue them and win anything anyway. So for many reasons, I have given this no energy at all.

This is the concoction of a very troubled woman and her friend I once spent a great deal of time trying to help with the difficult conditions in both of their lives.

My response to their ridiculous behavior is to publicly forgive her and her friends for what they have already done on this site and for what I am sure will be a flurry of more writing in this very unhealthy way dealing with their own inner pain when they see my long awaited response. Just watch the goofy responses they will create after this. BTW, I won't, I have better things to do with my time.

As a man that helps people for a living with their inner pain a lot, I want to share that people that write this stuff need to learn that what you put out, you get back in greater measure.

Good friends of mine did that movie and it tells you all you need to know about this kind of behavior. Call it the law of attraction or what it really is the law of sowing and reaping but people like this keep attracting more and more pain into their lives by virtue of their own behavior. I see it all the time in my life coaching practice from people that want to be free from bad recurring patterns. Most just do not know how to STOP THE NEGATIVE CYCLES. Here's some free life coaching, STOP PUTTING OUT this kind of DARKNESS, instead put out love and kindness and your life will get better!

In closing, I have had DOZENS of clients BEG me to write rebuttals to this nonsense with their real life business experiences and personal life changing stories regarding my work. (Personal note to Christians) If you're a Christian, pray for the people that wrote this, I know about their childhood pain and everything in between. They are just broken hurting people like so many of us today and this seems normal to them. Hurting people, hurt people! Its how this sick cycle keeps going. To stop it, you love them and forgive them.

As for any of my beautiful children that may see this I offer this advice: should this nonsense ever happen to you, love the people that do harm against you, pray for people that use you and lie about you, forgive them and take the high road! It's a much lighter load in this very short journey called life.

Get out of the way and let God be God at times like this. He's much better and straitening things out than we are. If I can be of service to you do not hesitate to call on me; that is if God decides to heal me!

If I were dark enough to write stuff like that on a site like this I would have written it far better than that and it would have included the truth about Liz Cannon. Regrettably, after over one year of giving this no attention, I am breaking my silence. This is Michael Besson and I have this long to address this because I was advised against it from some very wise mentors a long time ago. They are still right. No one worth caring about takes info like this seriously.

I am having a birthday today that I did not know if I would make. THE ONLY reason I am writing this now is that there is a reasonable chance that the health challenges I have right now could end my life in the near future. I am undergoing 2 to 6 hours a day of medical treatments to stop that from happening but since its possible, I feel compelled to write this for my kids if nothing else. I have 7 beautiful children and a wife that would be left behind if that were to occur. They need to know how to handle this kind of crazy stuff if it happens to them. My wife already read this long ago and knows better from the countless lives she's seen me touch in a positive way through my work. But there are children in my life. They are the greatest blessing that I have ever had in this life and they need to see how to handle this.

The anonymous people that write stuff like this about others ought to feel a great sense of shame, but when you go negative, you get numbed to your own good conscience. Instead of beating them back down to size with what I know about them and giving them any kind of like negative energy, I want my kids to know better.

I want them to know how to love people that try to hurt you like this should an issue like this ever arise in their lives. Just let it go and let your actions tell the real story of your life.

I want to start off with the fact that we live at a very interesting and cynical time. Malicious false gossip has become what many believe to be real news on virtually every medium especially TV. It's everywhere and it is a sign of the times we live in. Facts mean nothing. Hatred and gossip mean everything. Things like this tickle our ears in a very dark way and yet we cannot get enough of it. When it comes to the internet anyone in the world wanting to write false allegations about YOU OR ME can and does (thanks to the sad condition of life today) Sadly, this kind of horrible slander can live longer than the person they are writing about. That's the age we live in people!

They can lie about you, then go to bed and think nothing about it at all. I will not dignify this kind of false rhetoric with a response but I will share my real life for those that may not know and for some reason ended up here to find out more about me. The question beckons though, why would you be looking for truth in a place like this?

Anyway, here's the facts, I have the same web site and contact information since the mid 90's, so anyone that was looking for me could find me in 30 seconds of legitimate research. In addition I have been on radio, TV, written about in newspapers all over the place and head up a lay ministry in one of the largest Christian churches in Las Vegas. So much for disappearing acts. BTW, being a Christian doesn't mean you're prefect, it means you know you're not and you trust in the name of Jesus Christ to make that right for you then do your very best to follow Him. That too is not very complicated.
I'm in tough business and there are times that people end up not liking the guy that reengineers companies. Out of hundreds of clients I have had the privilege of serving; I can count on one hand the ones that ended badly. That's life get over it. I have. I have them on SPAM email when they write me because everyone who's done anything in life worth noting has detractors.

In my career, I help people for a living. I help them in business and I help them with their private lives. I have helped hundreds of life coaching and corporate clients over the last 18 years and not a one is from New Mexico according to my data base. People that say slanderous lies on the net have no choice but to lie about who they are. If they tell the truth about whom they are they would be sued for this behavior and lose when the truth is presented in a court of law. Sadly these two have no assets so you couldn't sue them and win anything anyway. So for many reasons, I have given this no energy at all.

This is the concoction of a very troubled woman and her friend I once spent a great deal of time trying to help with the difficult conditions in both of their lives.

My response to their ridiculous behavior is to publicly forgive her and her friends for what they have already done on this site and for what I am sure will be a flurry of more writing in this very unhealthy way dealing with their own inner pain when they see my long awaited response. Just watch the goofy responses they will create after this. BTW, I won't, I have better things to do with my time.

As a man that helps people for a living with their inner pain a lot, I want to share that people that write this stuff need to learn that what you put out, you get back in greater measure.

WATCH the movie THE SECRET!

Good friends of mine did that movie and it tells you all you need to know about this kind of behavior. Call it the law of attraction or what it really is the law of sowing and reaping but people like this keep attracting more and more pain into their lives by virtue of their own behavior. I see it all the time in my life coaching practice from people that want to be free from bad recurring patterns. Most just do not know how to STOP THE NEGATIVE CYCLES. Here's some free life coaching, STOP PUTTING OUT this kind of DARKNESS, instead put out love and kindness and your life will get better!

In closing, I have had DOZENS of clients BEG me to write rebuttals to this nonsense with their real life business experiences and personal life changing stories regarding my work. These are real clients with real names and real addresses. I say the same thing to them when they ask me if it's OK to reply as I will to anyone that wants to write the truth in here, don't bother. I tell them the people that write this stuff and the people that read this stuff transmit & ATTRACT very bad energy and there are just too many positive things to do out there so why waste your time with this? Go out and touch someone's life in a positive way. That way great things come back to you.
