What part of this sounds legit???? Do you often get large amounts of cash from the government just for being a good citizen? Sheesh!
Get on the phone to your bank and close that account now. If you don't it will soon be empty.

The US government does not give grants to individuals for any reason accept college.
You may want to talk your bank about closing your bank account before it gets emptied out.
