Shaun Semesky (shauns@1stmdmortgage.com) guaranteed that his company & companions would arrange to get a loan remodification since September 2009 for me with Ocwen Mtg Service LLC. After obtaining application with personal information from me plus $1800 fee, he transferred info to Desiree Podulka (dpodulka.lmd@gmail.com) of the pre-processing dept. located in Phil.,Pa 866-904-2304 x2304. She then sent papers to Tara Infiesta (tinfiesta@usmtgfund.com) 877-870-5334x6022 kept insisting that she, the loan mod assistant, is working with my mortgage company. During August 2010, she contacted my wife and stated that on or about August that papers will be processed for the remod and we will be notified. Not such notification came and when I call no one answers. I've sent an inquiry to www.usmortgagefunding.com and www.usmortgagefunding.org and have not heard any denial of these people or anything on my account.

Ocwen Mtg. Service LLC mentioned in this report is located in Orlando, Fl and not in Maryland. US Mtg. Funding has several addresses but started in Owings Mills, Md.

I wish to make the changes but don't no how on this system. Please advise via my account email address.  Thanks
