I wish I had read the reports: #279540 and #288907 on this site and had saved myself from these scammers. But it is too late now.

I just hope someone else will be able to read my report and save themselves and their hard earned money from them. Please DONOT believe a word they say and hang up the phone as fast as you can on them. They'll keep calling you back, but please don't fall for them

US Online America Group and many other companies like them are out there to solely rip you off. I agree with report #288907 that these people have no soul, no ethics and are solely driven to bled all of us white.

As per their return policy if you're not happy with the product, you'll be able to return the product and get refund within 14 days. It is absolutely a lie. Their contract is made in such a way that you cannot return the product or get a refund on anything. When I contacted the company to return the product and get a refund, I was refused. I was told that if I had bought the product at a higher price they might have refunded something back to me, but not now. They also take your Social Security Number. They will also not cancel the contract in 14 days. So if you don't pay them the monthly fee, they might send your account to collections. Believe me when I tell you this, donot believe a word they tell you. Their customer service is very bad and they can get nasty with you on the phone, if you talk about a refund.

Please donot provide them with your personal information. As far as I know, they might be running this company out of their basement. Everytime you call it's the same person who answers the phone, you can tell by the voice, but she'll tell you, that it was a different associate you talked to earlier.

Lastly I would like to greatly stress, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE save yourself.They are the biggest scammers out there. I just hope someone will look into this matter ASAP and save innocent people out there and not let this company get away with this.
