Been with USAA for years, bought a new house in 2011 and got a great homeowners rate. Then we get a notice from our mortgage insurance saying our escrow was short 546.00. Without notification USAA raises the premium. So I call and the rep tells me they raised the premium for all of COLORADO, because of the the wildfires and they sent a notice. We never got one, so we asked for another 4 weeks later still no letter. Oh and I live smack dab in the middle of the city NO WHERE NEAR A WILD FIRE AREA!!!!! Bloodsuckers!
