The Top 5 Secured Credit Cards to Rebuild Credit
http://www.mybanktracker.com/news/mbtslider/top-5-secured-credit-cards-rebuild-credit/#1
I contacted USAA and the rep opened an account for the secured card but after all my info was given, 25 min later, I was told Sorry ypu have to me in th military, but can use any other bank service just not the secured card. If you go to the original link in very small print at the bottom two people disagree that you have to be in the military. What is new is you can join USAA if not in the military but cannot apply for the secured card. Which is the only reason I contacted them. Do not waste your time if you want the secured card even if the rep says you can apply.

It was USAA that wasted almost a half hour of my time. The USAA rep could have said only military and their families can get the secured card but instead opened an account with all my info before contacting there head office that informed the rep that I could not apply. A simple "military only" on the secured card or on the blog link I provided would prevent anyone getting the run around.

Why are you writing a RipOff report on USAA? The link you provided wasn't even theirs, it was some Internet "blog" about what they think are the best. Perhaps you should come back and write on on them for not telling you that you had to be in the Military.
