USAPA BOCA RATON LVAAP Attempt of fraud BOCA RATON Florida

I sit here with a fake doctered up document that states I win money, it is obviously a fake. The people that made this are not professional.

First clue was the two areas in which this document derive from. A felony class fraud by using a federal synonym USAPA without clause or rights. LVAAP is not a foundation, company or in anyway a entity of commercial interest, this is simply a made up name to cover what really going on.

Clever scheme to allocate funds down south, a donation but a rip off.

Second clue is the ink and authentication, looks heavily duplicated and the template lakes proper marks. NON-notarized, and non-goverment this is a big no-no.

Third clue: document states; 'CONGRADULATIONS FROM ALL OF US-------BEEN TRYING TO REACH YOU' printed from a copy of a copy to a copy that appears to be like childrens hand writing in blue ink. Also states quote 'congradulations NO. XXX "your name," restrictive- tell nobody,. Now come on tell nobody geesh..

Last clue, lacks legelity, no contacts no actual or real business name, no real people to speak to, no signatures, and many other things the goverment requires on such a document.

The fact that this document came from LOS Vegas got me suspicious, and let alone going to Boca Raton florida. This document came from one place going to another that is a big heads up.

I am not stupid enough to fall for frauds like this, and never have I or shall I. I want this information to go out to those that don't know.

These guys or gals are comitting a federal offense by using a federal synonym as a legit business or reporting agency, plus state and local fraud charges.
