I ordered something from Amazon.com and the seller shipped the item throught UPS Mail Innovations. The item was last processed at the USPS office in Capital Heights MD. I have not heard anything else ever since. Now that it's May 7, 2014, I have not received my item and it's been over a month. I am not sure if it's the seller's fault, AmericaRx is their name. I have read bad reviews of this company. I also think it's USPS' responsibility to ship this item to me. The tracking number is 92748926997576513037695917 on www.ups.com

Confusion

AUTHOR: Anonymous42 - ()

POSTED: Monday, May 12, 2014

I rent a postal mail box and it passes as a USPS residential address. UPS and Fed Ex can ship packages to that address. When a package is processed, it goes to a local post office which is USPS to verify my address. The package then ships there. On the UPS website, they do not accept calls regarding packages, whether they arrived, etc. I did file a claim with Amazon and I should receive a response within 14 days.

But the seller, AmericaRX, has received many complaints found elsewhere online about buyers not receiving their packages or they're stalled at the post office. I'm not sure what to believe but I'm letting Amazon handle this matter first. Contacting the seller is no use and they won't help me. I will try contacting UPS. I already asked USPS for help and their advice was not helpful.

If you do not receive the item in a timely manner, you should report Amazon for it. You are not responsible for carrier that does not deliver the goods to you. It is the seller's problem. Once you wait until it pass the time that Amazon allows you to wait, the problem is shifted to yours because you did not report Amazon about the issue. I am guessing you have waited too long and now it is your problem, not the seller problem anymore... In other words, you may not be able to get the refund even though you do not get the goods. What you may do is to call UPS and ask for the goods. If they said they do not know, you may write a complaint letter to their head quater stating your problem in detail (including the call time and what/how the person on the other side responds to your call). Do not forget to include your tracking number in the letter. Hope this help you a bit.

PS: Is it USPS or UPS? Both of your report and the title are very confusing?
